20th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)If only all estate agents were like Elliott & Smith<br>We recently sold our property with Elliott & Smith and we really appreciated the friendly, efficient and professional manner of all the staff regarding viewings and the whole sales process, we were always kept informed.<br>Zuhre especially, helped us from the day we decided to sell right through to getting the exchange/completion date agreed.<br>Moving is very stressful but Elliott & Smith definitely made it a lot easier it’s just a shame we couldn’t find the right house to buy through them.

Staff was friendly and straight on point, which I personally really appreciate due to the uncertain nature of finding a new property to rent.

They did a wonderful job marketing our property, with beautiful photographs and a virtual tour that really showcased our home.<br><br>They also marketed the property we were purchasing and were brilliant throughout the process. They were prompt in responding to our questions via the WhatsApp group they set up for us, transparent in their communication, and proactive in chasing updates and helping coordinate the chain.<br><br>We’re really grateful for all their hard work and would happily recommend them to others!
