She was kind, efficient and extremely conscientious; she instantly understood the difficulty and contacted the people concerned immediately, dealing with them with impressive tact and diplomacy whilst ensuring the best result for me that she could.<br><br>I am extremely thankful to Nicole for dealing with this with such thoroughness, honesty and integrity which nowadays is quite rare.<br><br>I cannot recommend Nicole and the lettings department highly enough to anyone who requires property management or is a prospective tenant.

Jess gave us updates every week regarding our house sale and purchase, we didn’t have to chase anyone at all! If I had to do it all again I wouldn’t even bother contacting another agent, these guys would get picked every time!
