Stop leaving constant voicemails to sell my deceased relatives property - I only had to get a valuation for probate purposes and now deeply regret ever requesting this "service". The valuation itself was questionable as it matched no other valuation performed by other (competent) estate agents, plus the valuer made distasteful Pro trump comments during their visit.
