I can honestly say I could not have done all the computer work without Hannah's help and encouragement. Happy to say the purchase was completed yesterday, exchange and completion 9 weeks from offer being accepted! Superb service, would thoroughly recommend. Big thank you to Hannah, Seb and Huw.

Our first home fell through and Danielle was immediately there to support us through the process again. She ensured that we were kept informed of progress throughout and was always very responsive to our emails. We would highly recommend her for all mortgaging needs.

17th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)Asked if it was possible to get a all be it large reduction on a rental property per month if I were to guarantee the rent for 4/5 years and was sent a very passive aggressive response from the lettings manager Edward Gailey “so just to be clear you’re offering X for a property listed at X per month?” Unwarranted response when he could have just said that this wasn’t possible on this property and then could have suggested some other properties in my bracket! None the less they have lost a tenant that was about to let 4 properties in one go! Oh well, maybe some customer service training wouldn’t go a miss for Mr Gailey lettings manager?- 9th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Always very helpful no matter what silly questions I had

She has been easy to contact throughout and very efficient dealing with any queries. We are in a fairly complex chain however Michaela has facilitated communication between all parties and kept everyone updated throughout. We would definitely use Abbott and Abbott again in the future and recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable estate agency!

She was really friendlt even from the first time I called. I did have lots of questions and even if she didnt know the answers on the spot she has been very happy to email all my questions over email.

19th Jan 2023 (3 years ago)Absolutely appalling company. I put an offer in on a premise to rent. Rang twice to find out if my offer had been accepted. I was told they couldn't get hold of the client, which is fair enough, xhowever I was also told they were going to ring me by the end of the day which they didn't. Day 2 not even a phone with an update.

He assisted us in deciding on the features we were most concerned about. When things were moving slowly he offered new perspectives. After making an offer, Ashley managed the negotiations and kept us informed about progress, always returning calls and emails without delay.
