The negotiator Chloe was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about the property, answering all my questions and making me feel comfortable throughout the viewing. There was no pressure at all, and everything was explained clearly. The whole experience was smooth and welcoming. Would definitely recommend!

No issues with any of my dogs on inspections of the properties rented. Always helpful, polite, professional and treat you with respect. Unfortunately, have had to move on , but would definitely return

She kept everything moving from start to finish and was always there when I needed an update or reassurance.<br><br>I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ellie and Simpson & Weekley Rushden to anyone moving home.

From the day we viewed the property, to putting the offer in and the process in between, I cannot complain. Ben was really helpful from the start, engaging with the necessary to people to ensure all our queries were answered and we were comfortable to proceeed. James and Chris have kept us informed throughout and checked in to make sure everything progressed well. They have remained professional and helpful throughout. I highly reccomend them.
