Explained everything clearly and handled each step with confidence and professionalism. Abigail is incredibly friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. Always took the time to make sure I fully understood my options. I felt completely supported throughout. Having worked with a previous mortgage advisor before, I can confidently say that Abigail was far better in every way. I felt genuinely comfortable around her, which made a huge difference during such an important financial decision. Your Move is the first agent who gave us immediate response for our property valuation request. The photos and virtual tour were perfectly done and well described as such. The property gone to the market in just two days. Michael was very professional and helpful throughout. The response time was pretty quick and Michael was always easily reachable. Thanks for all Your Move team.
4th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)If you’re looking to sell your home, I cannot recommend Lane and Holmes highly enough. From our initial meeting they have been friendly and informative, giving advice whilst respecting our opinions and showing patience as we navigated the selling of our family home. Whilst the ‘pre-offer’ stage is obviously crucial and was handled with integrity and consideration for both us and our viewers/buyers the ‘post offer’ stage is where the action happens and Cathy at L&H has decades of experience navigating the property chain and liaising with the various solicitors. She nudged when necessary, allayed concerns and kept us thoroughly updated along the way. These guys are well established in the Bedfordshire area, know the market and show respect and consideration that you’re making a huge decision to sell or buy your home, often of many years and with many memories. They’re not the flashiest (as in, they don’t wear tight trousers and shoes with no socks!) but they’ve been hugely personable and brilliant in handling the sale of our (and also our buyers) home. I’d use them again in a heartbeat. Thank you to all the team at Lane and Holmes.

He was brilliant, keeping me up to date throughout and arranging extra viewings as, and when, required. Always replied to my many enquiries very promptly. Helped to complete on a tight 8 week timeline, pre Christmas, due to seller requirements. Very happy to be in my first home for Christmas, can’t thank and recommend Mark and the team at Compass Elevation enough!

12th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)Rushden agents have provided all effort from start to finished. Information explained and always kept me up to date with progress. All the staff were knowledgeable and gave an empathetic view towards the house sale, making it a much easier process to deal with.

Rebbeca, Kerry and Jamie assisted us with the purchase and mortgage, the service they provided was beyond what we could ever have expected and I can't recommend these people enough. There had been a few issues outstanding issues however Michael has really stepped up to ensure that things are being sorted out. I have also spoken over the past few months to Gary, one of the directors, and Laura and I find everyone extremely helpful.

They have always been very knowledgeable and professional and the process has also been straightforward and hassle free. We cannot recommend them enough. And we will definitely use them in the future if we decide to move again.

4th Dec 2025 (15 weeks ago)Mike Neville Estate Agents sold my house in Rushden. The procedure of putting it up for sale went promptly and smoothly thanks to James. The photographs and details were all completed very quickly and the brochure was lovely thanks to Ben and Chris. We were reluctant to have a sale board up and without it viewings were few owing to the state of the market. Once the sale board went up a friend of ours expressed interest in buying the house, and Mike Neville's handled the tricky matter of negotiating between friends absolutely seamlessly. The team were then called upon to exert their authority and influence in chasing at the various stages in the process, and without their intervention the sale seemed as if it would drag on, so our grateful thanks and appreciation for all their efforts, Chris in especial particular, we cannot thank you enough.

Rude ,unprofessional and not capable of providing the service they claim .Avoid at all costs .When you are paying someone a lot of money to do a job you expect it done properly .These people lie through their teeth ,lack basic understanding of the construction issues involved in housing and use contractors who charge huge amounts for shoddy workmanship ..I have pictures of a boiler that was supposed to have been serviced every year which was a hazard. Disgusting dangerous .They're lucky they didn't wind up in court for what they did .Absolutely rip off merchant's
