10th Aug 2020 (5 years ago)At the start the relationship was positive and friendly. A for sale board was requested but, never placed. We did not received feedback from the few viewings we had and unsure whether buyer/ viewer suitability checks were carried out - especially at these times with heightened cleaning and sanitising that needs to happen. We also received marketing letters although we were already with them and the claims on them we challenged as this was not reflecting our experiences. Communication was far for acceptable with not following up with promises to call by a certain time/ date and not responding to emails readily. To add to this they wanted us to drop the price of our property when realistically had not done enough to market it. Very disappointing and felt like we lost an amount of time with no progress.

16th Jan 2024 (2 years ago)Been renting from these guys for 10+ years now and they have been nothing short of amazing. Problems dealt with quickly and efficiently. No issues with any of my dogs on inspections of the properties rented. Always helpful, polite, professional and treat you with respect. Unfortunately, have had to move on , but would definitely return
31st Oct 2024 (1 year ago)If they had turned up early for the initial viewing as requested it would have been perfect ???????? but as it was the buyers, estate agent and us were all at the property at once, awkward. Otherwise they were a lovely helpful company to work with especially Rosie.

8th Aug 2018 (7 years ago)Contacted them 3 times and on each occasion was promised a call back. After 3 attempts I have still not heard back from them, clearly this is a company that does not value customer service!!

13th Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)I was impressed with Lianne's honesty initially and she managed to find a cash buyer for our property quickly. At the time we instructed her/Woodhead And Co, she promised a £500 refund off her fee if I left a video review of her company. I agreed to this. The sale of our property completed and for that I am grateful to Lianne. It was not an easy property to sell. After completion and several requests to make said video review, at first this seemed like it would be accommodated but then the company went cold and didn't honour an arranged meeting to make the video and then ignored my subsequent enquiries as to what had happened. Therefore I can not leave the positive review I had intended to leave before this final treatment of a discarded client.

We were kept informed throughout our time with them and felt confident that they did all they could for us. Unfortunately, I believe we hit the market at just the wrong time. We will definitely go back to them if we decide to sell again.

Copper Violet took over the tenancy and it was a different feeling :) Girl power! They were engaged, friendly and involved. It was a good experience - I recommend :)
4th Jun 2024 (1 year ago)I had to sell a commercial property, following a bereavement. I have never used an auction before. R & H were brilliant in advising very precisely on price, which they got just right, and explaining the process. Their brochure was good. They sold the property for us pre-auction, at above the reserve. They were professional throughout and what was most important, always kept us in touch.
