I would highly recommend this estate agent, and will be using them again in the future. We also used Shaun (countrywide), their in house mortgage advisor who was brilliant and made the whole process as smooth as possible.

23rd Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)I can't praise the Arnside office of Hackney & Leigh Estate Agents highly enough, I have had dealings with estate agents before when I sold my parents property, however I had never previously purchased a property for myself. I was in safe hands when I did, from start to finish they kept me aware of everything that was going on at every stage of the process. This service gave me a feeling of reasurance and confidence in the company and staff! I don't know if they are lucky recruiting the right staff or have a fantastic training courses, but whatever it is keep it up you are doing the right thing.
