It was my first property sale, and David visited my home to discuss the service in detail, outlined what to expect in the process and the costs. Once my property was put on the market, his wonderful team were in touch with me weekly (if not more, due to the number of viewings!) to provide me with updates and guidance through the process. I felt thoroughly supported, and the whole team were David and his team were amazing throughout the whole process of selling my property. It was my first house sale, and David visited my home to discuss the service in detail, outlined what to expect in the process and the costs. Once my property was put on the market, his wonderful team were in touch with me weekly (if not more, due to the number of viewings) to provide me with updates and guidance through the process. I felt thoroughly supported and informed, and the whole team were super friendly and helpful. Sold quickly and smoothly with clear instructions. Would definitely use their services again. The whole team were excellent at communicating. The only contact I had from my agent was to push for the price to be lowered. I decided to list with a dual agent and the property was sold in a few weeks.

From agreeing for Nest Egg to sell the house on our behalf, their attention to detail was brilliant. They agreed to take a key and meet people who wanted to view the house.plus Many phone calls keeping us up to date with progress on the prospective purchases. Within 1 month the house was sold.<br><br>We would recommend Nest Egg to anyone who are thinking of selling their home

From the beginning, Georgina has been incredibly friendly, approachable and knowledgeable about the property. It is clear that she takes a genuine interest in both the house and her clients. She has kept us fully up to date at every stage, and has gone above and beyond to help us, even taking calls and assisting us outside of normal working hours. Her communication has been fantastic, particularly when liaising with the solicitors, and she has always been honest and reassuring. She has put us at ease throughout what can be a very stressful process. We cannot thank Georgina enough for all of her help and support. She has been an absolute pleasure to work with!
