25th Jun 2025 (8 mo. ago)Again I find myself having to write a negative review of this company this time because they don't maintain any standards of health & safety as well as hygiene in the block management of the block that my mums flat is unfortunately in.We are trying to sell it but due to the poor standards of the block upkeep & shocking standards of tidyness as per my images we have little chance of selling & it is the number one complaint on feedback given from previous viewers.The previous owners & others who decided to change the previous management company are no longer there & left owners like my mum who is 95 suffering from advanced dementia & is now in a care home have to deal with this mess.GLS can't even follow there own complaints procedure. I have attached images that has been sent to GLS that as usual have been completely ignored.

9th Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)After looking around our property Lisa, confidently told us she could sell it quickly. All I can say is that from that initial meeting to the actual completion of our sale Lisa was on top of everything and did what she promised. Its a rare thing to actually become fond of your estate agent but with Lisa we did. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is thinking of selling their property.
