1st Feb 2026 (14 weeks ago)Never showed up for any of the viewings apart from one when repeatedly requested a show and L the rowdy early ,their knowledge of the property was limited . The description in brochure was reasonably good .
3rd Sep 2024 (1 year ago)We already knew of JAS Campbell after having purchased a property in West Kilbride, North Ayrshire, through their estate agents. So we were very pleased to place the sale of our property in the hands of the staff there. They were extremely efficient and couldn't be more helpful with any issues that arose during the process. Communications, a critical issue for those coping with the stress of selling or buying properties, was outstanding at all times. 27th Apr 2026 (12 days ago)Rollos St Andrews agreed to assist to put in a note of interest on a property and then purchase a property. They then declined to help for no good reason. A terrible service. I would advise to consider other options if at all possible.

They were extremely responsive when we asked questions and happy to explain any questions we may have. We also used them for our Will and we had the same, pleasure experience. Highly recommended.

He gave a brilliant description of our property accompanied by wonderful photos. He sold a lifestyle ! It didn't take long for us to get an offer and things proceeded all very smoothly.

We can’t thank them enough for their advice and insights regarding the property market and also for their very patient human-focussed approach! They manage to combine absolute professionalism with a very warm and friendly approach. Selling a home can be quite a stressful experience, and both Hamish and Amy were there to support and advise us, answering all our queries and keeping us fully updated from the beginning right through until completion, including organising the surveyor report and photographs. Once we were ‘live’ on the website we had viewings booked almost instantly and a sale agreed within a few weeks. They were an absolute pleasure to work with and we have no hesitation in recommending the Perth office of Strutt and Parker to anyone wanting a smooth selling process with very personally tailored advice. 18th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)I recently completed the purchase of our 2-bed home in Canning Town with Stephen from Samuel King, and I honestly couldn’t recommend him more highly. From start to finish, Stephen was exceptional. He was proactive, transparent, and always one step ahead throughout the entire process. Buying a property can be stressful, but he made everything feel smooth and manageable, keeping us informed at every stage and always being available to answer questions. What really stood out was his attention to detail and genuine commitment to getting things over the line. He coordinated seamlessly with all parties involved and handled any issues quickly and professionally, which made a huge difference in keeping things on track. A great example of this was following our Level 2 survey, where a number of repairs were flagged that couldn’t realistically be completed before exchange. Stephen stepped in and negotiated on our behalf to secure compensation from the seller instead, making sure we were properly covered. That level of support and advocacy made a big difference and gave us real confidence throughout the process. It’s rare to come across someone so reliable and easy to work with in this process. If you’re looking to buy or sell, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Stephen and the team at Samuel King. A genuinely 5-star experience.

They responded swiftly to our initial enquiry and Craig came to see us the following day. From photographs and home report to our house being sold took less than a week and we cannot praise all the Hemmings staff enough. Everyone was knowledgeable, kind and professional. Special thanks to Elaine for keeping us fully informed and Boden and Max for their photography and social media skills. Their advice is invaluable and we would highly recommend them.

And what truly puts him head and shoulders above so many is that he made the entire process stress free. The service received was far greater than expected and I would have no hesitation in recommending and using Oakhouse in future.
