16th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)Worst company imaginable. Gave us misinformation for over six months regarding entry dates and also told us development was finished when it was not. Double check everything you are told by them. They misled us and we ended up over £18000 out of pocket. Avoid this company at all cost. They don’t admit liability for anything they do.
9th Jan 2026 (7 mo. ago)Tracy, our state agent, was very professional and kept excellent communication at all times. They also offered an excellent deal. They know the area and the market very well and were very accurate in our house valuation. We sold it in less than a month!
21st Apr 2026 (18 weeks ago)We had previously tried to market our plot with Bell Ingram, Oban in 2023/24, with little interest which, at the time, we put down to market forces. We are considering marketing our plot again, so contacted Andrew Fuller on 16 March. Even after two further calls, one text message and two emails we have not heard a thing as at 21 April despite being promised several times that Mr Fuller would be in touch. This is appalling service for an existing customer with property to sell. If it was possible to award zero stars we would, as their service and even communication has been non-existent, and we now wonder whether the previous lack of viewings was down to their lack of effort. We wouldn't now rely on them to market a bag of crisps and have contacted another agent.

5th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)Was so disappointed with the carry out as 1st time and got prices on line which apparently have not been updated ordered veg pakora chicken pakora and poppadoms and spiced onions £18.96 when I queried this she said it was 2 poppadoms and spiced onions it's not the best experience as the prices are very much more expensive 6.99 chicken pakora and 5.99 for veg pakora 2.99 poppadoms and spiced onions. Only exotic thing about this place is the prices. UPDATE After owners reply STILL no update on prices and as previously mentioned the poppadoms and spiced onions come together what they need to mention that a portion is 2 poppadoms broken up as when I ordered 2 poppadoms and spiced onions got the equivalent of 4 poppadoms at 5.98 so this needs to be clearer on the menu also as how many poppadoms do you need for 2 people.

Munro property were amazing at helping me buy my first house and made the process so easy. Unlike most there communication skills were outstanding and were very helpful along the way. Thankyou :)
27th Jul 2026 (28 days ago)I travelled from Poulton-le-Fylde to Stornoway to view a property they were representing. Upon arrival the ground floor of the property was undergoing substantial renovations, fundamentally changing the nature of the business. The purchase price was also not the listed price. When I was contacted for feedback by them I was told the owner just wanted to get some feedback and was thinking of taking it off the market. Thank you for making me drive over eight hours, take a ferry for 2 hours and 40 minutes, stay in a two hotels all at a considerable expense just to satisfy a whimsical owner. Very unprofessional. Not even a considered apology. Property has been subsequently unlisted after my feedback - too late for me unfortunately.- 12th Jan 2024 (2 years ago)Nice atmosphere, friendly people

They were extremely responsive when we asked questions and happy to explain any questions we may have. We also used them for our Will and we had the same, pleasure experience. Highly recommended.
