3rd Feb 2026 (6 mo. ago)I would not recommend this firm and most certainly not Donna Sagewood. For a simple divorce it took 5 years with a lot of no response and "being in court" excuses as to why she took months to respond to emails, calls or act on what she said she was going to do. Then to top things off after giving all our original birth certificates and being assured I’d get them back they’ve gone and lost them! Honestly save your self the hassle, stress and frustration and go to anyone but this place! I was originally used by herself I’d get copies sent out and still waiting…..it’s an ongoing saga with lots of her clients!

5th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)Graham and Sibbald have been our landlords property management company for over 10 years and we have just been taken over by Westport property Dundee - and I must say the best Christmas present I could ask for. Graham and Sibbald have managed 4 units of family run businesses and have been useless. Emails have been ignored now for months from all 4 tenants. We have all had to close our businesses on numerous occasions as the roof on the building is needing replaced and we are constantly flooded. The car park has no working lights as been reported numerous times with no reply. The stairs to the property are all loose - again reported numerous times with no reply. Front window was smashed in, they charged our business for the repair only to be informed but our insurance that the landlord is responsible for glass repair - we were only given 2/3 of the cost back as said they could have found someone cheaper. 3 days with Westport property and the roof is being replaced next month, lights are replaced , stair been repaired - professional and efficient customer service - highly recommend Westport property if you need your property looked after properly and to have happy loyal tenants- 28th Oct 2023 (2 years ago)Great place for our coach to drop/pickup. Handy for town centre over bridge.
- 9th Feb 2026 (6 mo. ago)Would not recommend. The surveyor caused the lock in our front door to break, resulting in us having to call out a locksmith. Graham and Sibbald refused to take any responsibility or give us any compensation. Avoid at all costs!

28th Aug 2024 (1 year ago)I am a landlord with no prior knowledge of Aquila until they took over the factoring of the building in which my rented flat was part of. I approached them and asked if they could help with a tenant , our relationship was at complete breaking point. Paul & Richard listened to my concerns and also the tenants. In short, they resolved the issues. I no longer need to deal with the tenant (and they no longer need to deal with me). I would encourage anyone who wants no stress, let them oversee the property management, they're very professional and approachable.
