They couldn’t have done more during and after a viewing; and are genuinely interested in longterm positive relationships with clients. I found them lovely and so nice. Very professional and supportive. They went well beyond in their kindness, good wishes and help with a new home after purchase.

3rd Feb 2026 (22 weeks ago)I would not recommend this firm and most certainly not Donna Sagewood. For a simple divorce it took 5 years with a lot of no response and "being in court" excuses as to why she took months to respond to emails, calls or act on what she said she was going to do. Then to top things off after giving all our original birth certificates and being assured I’d get them back they’ve gone and lost them! Honestly save your self the hassle, stress and frustration and go to anyone but this place! I was originally used by herself I’d get copies sent out and still waiting…..it’s an ongoing saga with lots of her clients!

It cannot be understated how thorough, helpful and professional the surveyor, Paul, was, as well as the staff who provided the quote and booking.

6th Nov 2023 (2 years ago)Very poor communication from the agent when trying to get an update on a property we were interested in. Many promises of phone calls and messages which never came. Lots of time wasted when we just needed to know if the property was still available or not.

14th Nov 2023 (2 years ago)Cutting corners on assessments and causing issues with incorrect EPC assessments. Managed to lower our EPC by a whole 15 points while only improvements had been made from prior. Thankfully due to getting an independent assesor out. This anomaly has been fixed.
