10th Oct 2019 (6 years ago)I've recently made my will and power of attorney, I've now lost count of how many times I've had to go in to the (Haddington) office as they keep on getting names and addresses wrong. Told them numerous times but clearly not paying attention to detail.

13th Oct 2017 (8 years ago)Our flat was on the market for 9 months, our experience was up and down with selling with castlehead. I feel like we could have been listened more, issues would have been resovled sooner. Job done in end, house sold in the end????

19th Feb 2026 (29 days ago)I really appreciated all the help and guidance that Anne and the team at Tayler & Fletcher gave me. Being from outside the area and traveling excessively internationally for work could have made it a very difficult process, but their help, guidance, flexibility and understanding were extremely helpful. No question was too stupid and believe me I had lots of stupid questions! Would definitely recommend.

9th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Would not recommend. The surveyor caused the lock in our front door to break, resulting in us having to call out a locksmith. Graham and Sibbald refused to take any responsibility or give us any compensation. Avoid at all costs!

But without using Agent Local i would have had a melt down, it’s been that emotional. 10/10 service and really glad I didn’t try sell it myself because my goodness the stress I’ve been through has been a rollercoaster and doing that alone would have been impossible for me.
