3rd Feb 2026 (6 mo. ago)Awful dealing with my fathers estate. 1 year since my fathers passing and still not completed. Have phoned repeatedly to ask if assistance is required to finalise proceedings,but call backs dont seem to be on their remit. No property sale was involved only finacial items which we provided. I understand that my estranged brother is executor ( to which the firm was informed by myself)but a courtesy phone call wouldnt have gone amiss during our grieving to keep myself & my sister aware of proceedings.
16th Aug 2023 (3 years ago)What can I say ?? I am so glad that I had chosen them to market my property. Not a run of the mill sale, a few quirks, but the staff made big efforts to ensure things went as smoothly as possible. Always on hand to answer queries or find answers. ( I had a few). Always patient. Always professional but most of all welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend them. Thank you Baird Lumsden and all of your staff.

6th Nov 2023 (2 years ago)Very poor communication from the agent when trying to get an update on a property we were interested in. Many promises of phone calls and messages which never came. Lots of time wasted when we just needed to know if the property was still available or not.
13th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)Instructed Graham and Sibbald to do the home report for our property. From start to finish they were most professional. Thank you!!- 14th Nov 2023 (2 years ago)Cutting corners on assessments and causing issues with incorrect EPC assessments. Managed to lower our EPC by a whole 15 points while only improvements had been made from prior. Thankfully due to getting an independent assesor out. This anomaly has been fixed. Be wary.
