5th Jun 2026 (30 days ago)Couldn’t recommend CJ hole enough! Kate was amazing throughout our whole purchase, she gave us weekly updates and helped push for the completion date we wanted! Would definitely recommend. If we ever needed to sell again would go with CJ Hole. Thanks again guys!

Everything was very clear from the beginning so, we knew what to expect, they were flexible and extremely helpful and accommodating.<br><br>Special shout out to Jack who photographed the property and had it online the same day and Sam who accompanied us on viewings. Both really professional and helpful.<br><br>Highly recommended!

19th Nov 2025 (7 mo. ago)We just recently moved from Bristol to Cheddar. Laurel & Wylde weren't our estate agents but they were for our purchase. Jane May was excellent from start to finish she kept us updated (not only us the whole chain). I do believe if it wasn't for Jayne the move might not of happened. A massive thank you Jayne. If anyone is looking for help in selling & moving Laurel & Wylde are an absolute must 10 out of 10.
27th Jan 2025 (1 year ago)Highbridge, they do not answer phone calls or reply to emails if the offer is not to their wanting. Rude people. I emailed on Friday with an offer, called on Monday twice to check is this offer was valid or not. No answer and no response by emails. Would not sell or rent my house with this woman/company. 100% avoid

Cooper and Tanner found us fabulous tenants and we continued to rent through them until December 2025 when our tenants left and we placed our property on the market for sale through them. As a letting and estate agent they were always very professional, helpful, communicative and we are delighted to recommend them to others. We are particularly grateful to Caroline, our letting agent and Christopher, the manager, who dealt with our property sale. I should add all this was done from a great distance as we live permanently in the US.
11th Jun 2026 (24 days ago)Updated review Upon leaving the property I was quite annoyed that deductions of £100 were passed to me for the following: - Less than a meter squared area of carpet needed a cleaning extra due to being at the front door. - 4 drops of dirt again needed removing. - the bottom of a cupboard needed wiping. My opinion is this would be 30 minutes work and no where near £100 worth of cleaning. What was more frustrating was after giving abbot and frost my response saying the cost is too high, I was pretty much ignored (or felt like I was) for 24 hours. I then emailed them again saying I just wanted my deposit back so accept the charge and within minutes it’s processed and they take the deduction. It comes across that they ignore you until you just accept what they state. Which is annoying as they were so good to start with. Original review A really good experience viewing several property’s with Debbie and the team today. What is also amazing is the communication throughout the process. Highly recommend!
14th Oct 2022 (3 years ago)I do not recommend at all as i was interested in a commercial property and was told it was available and they would call me back with more information i had asked about the property. I got no phone call back and called for three days in a row but no one answered. The fourth day i had called someone finally answered and i was told the property had now been let to someone else. I was very upset as i could have let the place myself but that was taken away from me because of the poor customer service.

Michael was very professional at all stages, always replying to any queries quickly, giving excellent advice and always available. We were really pleased with the photos and marketing, and viewings and achieved a quick sale. We were also very happy with the aftercare too, making sure the sale went through smoothly. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Charles Barnard again.
