From the moment I booked my viewing, his communication was excellent; friendly, clear, and prompt. He even called me just 20 minutes after my first viewing to check how it went, which made me feel genuinely valued as a client. Throughout the process, he answered every one of my many questions with patience and detail, no matter how small they seemed. His knowledge of the property was spot on, and his timely updates meant I was never left wondering what was happening next.
