He was highly professional from start to finish - punctual, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout the entire home-buying process. He made what could have been a stressful experience feel very smooth. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home.

The staff at the Stoneleigh office are consummate professionals. They are all friendly and very knowledgeable. We were kept well informed and didn't need to hassle for information as their systems were regularly updated. We would like to thank everyone for their efforts and especially to thank Dan for the weekly phone calls and feedback. We would not hesitate to have them represent us in the future ??????

1st Apr 2026 (14 weeks ago)We are so glad we instructed Bourne estate agents. Initially we had another agent in mind, however, Bourne were able to offer a real bespoke service and gave us a clear, honest and professional pathway. From advertising to sales tactics, they were able to maximise our viewings and were present and looking impeccable during. We had so many offers! More then we expected, and Bourne were able to advise on the viability of the offers based on strict buyer vetting, quickly helping us accept the best offer. They were attentive when chasing solicitors and buyer, weekly calls for updates, always picked up the phone when I called and remained positive and reassuring, very helpful when dealing with the stress of selling. Now we have sold and moving on it’s a bitter sweet feeling, selling the home we love, but thanks to Bourne, we are getting a great offer and they also could see the great features of our home and importantly the great things about the area, relaying that to the buyer. On a final note, I want to specifically thank Andy for his dynamic personality and assertive leadership, this was the pull to choosing the Team, and to Shaun, the suit of the operation, so unbelievably well spoken and articulate, he made us feel so confident throughout the process and really looked out for our interests. We actually feel a bit sad that our journey with Bourne has come to a close, we always had a laugh and banter when we chatted for updates, the team just give off this happy and motivated energy, a testament to good leadership and work balance, this definitely reflects in their work. He was incredibly friendly and always on hand to answer many silly questions from a first time buyer. He made the whole process seem very simple and seamless, I could not recommend him enough. 23rd Jun 2026 (12 days ago)As first-time buyers, we were quite nervous about viewing properties and starting the whole buying process, but David made the experience so enjoyable and stress-free from the very beginning.<br><br>He showed us around two flats and was incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of our questions. We learned so much from him, and his honest, genuine advice really stood out. We absolutely loved one of the properties we viewed, but rather than rushing us into a decision, David encouraged us to keep looking at other options to make sure we find the perfect home for us. That level of care and professionalism meant a lot.<br><br>David made us feel comfortable, supported, and never under any pressure. He has been by far the best estate agent, and we can’t thank him enough for all of his help and guidance. As a buyer, I would not view a property managed by Leaders after first hand experience.- 28th Jun 2026 (7 days ago)We cannot praise David highly enough : helpful, discreet, sympathetic and above all professional. He bent over backwards to try to accommodate us = having lived all over the world, we are highly difficult to please. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Unfortunately, we were not able to purchase a property from Bournes but have since bought elsewhere, but throughout our experience with the company, we have only recommendations.
- 26th Jun 2026 (9 days ago)Haven't officially let a property through Seymours, but based on our first impression of Seymours, having three viewings cancelled after having travelled two hours to visit Guildford, was not great. We weren't notified over text, or email (our original contact method), apparently we were called. A colleague said the lettings agent was "on their way"... after 20 minutes we called again, spoke with the lettings agent who said she previously cancelled the viewings due to the tenants not being amicable to letting us view the properties. Either way, a miserable experience of which I will not be letting with.

Their knowledge of the property market is remarkable, and if it could be said, 'They're in the business so they should be good', yes, but it's great to get 'Oscar' performances. Moreover, if using that old one liner, 'They go the extra mile', not a few of us suggest that mile plus. Incredibly communicative, competitive fees and they got us our asking price for our flat. In every way, they exceeded expectations and I would confidently recommend anyone to use them for sale or purchasing.
