Communication was excellent from start to finish, they dealt with any questions we had and offered solutions. Everyone was knowledgeable about the progress of the house and we had regular emails and phone calls to keep us up to date. The photos were of a high quality and well presented for buyers. Highly recommended!
11th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)Always a fabulous selection on offer. Really well laid out and options to bid online if you cant make it on the day. Only point last visit was lack of customer service basics when paying. No please thank you or even acknowledgement. Every other staff member was lovely though and this doesnt normally happen so still 5 stars. The lad helping load our van had so much energy and was lovely. Looking forward to attending next month

15th Mar 2026 (4 days ago)I recently saw a property they were renting out to a family, I'll try to get some photographs to add here but to summarise, it was damp, musty, plaster falling off the walls and had thick visible mould.... I asked the tenant why they didn't say anything and they replied "I have many times, they've even seen it firsthand but they don't care". I saw the evidence with my own eyes and will never use Doolittle & Dalley!!

The support and guidance they gave us and they went above and beyond to get our house sold and into our new home! If in future I was to sell again I wouldn’t hesitate to use them all. 14th Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)When I read some of the old tenants’ reviews mentioning that the estate agent had deducted from their deposit, I was worried the same might happen to me. The garden wasn’t in perfect condition when I gave the key back, but I had painted most of the house, given it a deep clean, removed all nails, filled the holes, and repainted the whole room where needed. To my surprise, the estate agent didn’t claim a single penny from my deposit. This shows that if you return the property in a nice, clean, and well-maintained condition, they are fair and won’t deduct unnecessary charges. I’m very pleased with their professionalism, fairness, and helpful attitude. While living in the property, they were always cooperative and responsive whenever I needed assistance, which made my tenancy much smoother. Highly recommended — a trustworthy estate agent who values honesty and treats tenants respectfully.

I have never worked with a company who are so professional yet 100% supportive and caring. Fran, Debs and their team are there for every step of the way, never a call not returned promptly even after office hours. A complicated sale made easy for us because of their skills. Would never use anyone else and 100% recommend.
