Communication was excellent from start to finish, they dealt with any questions we had and offered solutions. Everyone was knowledgeable about the progress of the house and we had regular emails and phone calls to keep us up to date. The photos were of a high quality and well presented for buyers. Highly recommended!

We were dealing with a girl named Fiona and it’s like she’s gone out of her to not help since we turned down a property we didn’t even apply for in an area we have no intention of living. After calling they don’t check emails, but can write on Facebook wishing members of staff a happy birthday ??????

I can honestly say, they were all excellent. I dealt with Ellie on a very regular basis and she was fantastic. She was professional, patient, helpful and very understanding, when I faced delays with my completion dates, due to issues beyond my control. I would definitely use Nock Deighton again, without hesitation. In fact I've already asked them to keep me informed of any properties that come to market, that I maybe interested in. 5 stars well deserved

When our first buyer fell through, Bethan was able to get us a better deal with the second buyers and it only took two days to sell the second time. A big thank for your efforts. Tracey was always there for us following the first sale. She was keen to help at all times answering our queries and progressed the sale most professionally. We can't thank her enough.

We have used several different estate agents over the years, Wheatcroft & Lloyd are by far the best. They are so friendly, helpful & will go above & beyond without you even asking. Superb customer service which is a rarity these days. Our purchasers, who came for a 2nd viewing, mentioned how impressed they were with Wheatcroft & Lloyd & how they are so much better than their own agents. Would recommend them to anyone wanting to sell their home.

4th May 2026 (5 days ago)Slade Property Collective were amazing from start to completion in the sale of my family members house based in Wolverhampton. From the moment I first met Oliver Jones at the valuation of the property, he was very knowledgeable of the local area, approachable and very helpful, answering any questions I had. I chose Slade Property Collective as they had recently sold another house very close by and I felt another local agent didn't have that personal touch that Slade had. Our house SSTC not long after being listed, however there was a slight hiccup in the sale, meaning it couldn't go through, but Oliver contacted other contacts straight away who were interested in the house. Oliver worked hard to get a sale for me, keeping me informed each step of the way, and within a week i agreed on the buyer after meeting him( Which Oliver also recommended) Oliver was very helpful with suggestions for good local solicitors, title deeds queries, EPC rating and even taking the meter readings for me to help me out as I am not local! The sale has now completed, no issues at all. Oliver kept me informed of what stage the buyer was at. I 100% recommend Slade Property Collective & Oliver Jones for your house sale. From the initial booking of the evaluation, to their marketing expertise. All the way through to bookings and viewings. They have been amazing! Sales progression have been great. Pushing the sales along when we thought it had stalled!
