Based the valuation on what they could see in the house rather than previous local sales data which would have been unhelpful as no other comparable houses. Photographer also skilled and just a great helpful team from start to finish.

8th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)From the initial call to the office in Shrewsbury, I was met with a friendly conversation to pass my details to Alex who I had been recommended highly by a friend. Alex promptly called back, listened to my needs and set an appointment to view my property for a valuation. Even on his last morning prior to Christmas, Alex carried out the survey and even emailed the full details before breaking for Christmas. Very honest advice offered following the visit as well as a follow up call to ensure all was as per our conversation. Would highly recommend Holland and Broardbridge for advice, valuation and sale if required.

Abi was professional, helpful, and kept us well informed throughout the whole process. They secured a suitable tenant quickly and made the experience straightforward and stress-free. 7th Mar 2026 (11 days ago)Kirsty Musgrove - Stop bullying your tenants. I had the worst experience with FleetMilne. Through my three year stay in a property, I have had changes of housemates, thus changes in names in the contract. I was going to move out in November, but my then housemate wanted to do a tenant swap to continue staying in the property. We were told that we couldn't do that, because no one from the original contract will be left in the property, thus requiring a new contract. That is fair enough. What I did not appreciate was how irresponsible and unhelpful Kirsty was. She mentioned my housemate had to vacate the entire property, and remove everything, before moving in again in approximately two weeks. She could not give any estimate of how long this would take, and would not budge when we are trying to find alternatives to solve the problem. We understand if there are laws that she has to follow, but she did not understand how hard a situation it put us in, and was very cold and heartless throughout. She took weeks to reply to emails, to the point that my housemate visited Fleetmilne's office to talk to her. She then ensured my housemate she will reply to the email the next day, which she did not, further forcing us to forfeit the property due to uncertainties and unclear answers by Kirsty. Upon moving out, I did a deep clean of the property. I then found out Kirsty charged me £120 from my deposit for 'cleaning fees'. I approached her about this to which she explained that I did not inform her that I have cleaned the property, and that's why she hired a cleaner. How ridiculous it is that I have to email the agent to tell them that I had cleaned the property???? She also tried to charge me a lot of unreasonable things from my deposit. I then opted for a deposit dispute. Kirsty kept delaying submitting the evidence, not replying to emails, in hopes that I would give up the argument. I had to cc the company's CEO into emails to get a response from her. In the end, I got more than half of my deposit back following the deposit dispute, but that is only after a 5 months fight with Kirsty and Fleetmilne. Please Fleetmilne, just cease to exist. Stop tormenting your tenants as we are just doing our best to survive in this economy.
18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

From the first phone call Sam gently encouraged us to view the property as early as possible knowing that it would be quickly off the market without making us feel any pressure. Sam stayed on top of everything with us throughout the whole process, offering support, guidance and so much kindness on both a personal and professional front. He was happy to help with any and every problem we had offering us to pop in when we needed, even just for printing paperwork and kept us up to date with everything with phone calls so we felt in the loop even when we felt we were in over our heads as it was our first house buying experience. I can honestly say that I would use Your Move Estate Agents Oswestry again in the future if/when we decide to sell our home. Thank you Sam for everything, we wouldn't have got through it without you. You are excellent at your job and such a kind person.
