19th Aug 2026 (4 days ago)Selling my late parent's house and switched to Samuel Wood after another agent had failed to sell.<br><br>Jack Davies reviewed the existing marketing and suggested some changes, which we agreed with. Throughout the process Jack and the Craven Arms team communicated well, were proactive in talking with potential buyers and were very professional.<br><br>In a difficult market we ended up with 3 competing offers and exchanged contracts this week.

6th Aug 2026 (17 days ago)I would not recommend Your Move Wellington based on my experience.<br>After I sold a property previously handled by them, inaccurate personal information appears to have been supplied to a third party and relied upon. This resulted in an energy account being opened in my name for a property I no longer owned, which later led to debt collection contact.<br>I have repeatedly tried to resolve this through calls, emails, a formal complaint and a Subject Access Request. Despite this, I have not received an explanation and there has only been a very limited response.<br>Your Move / LSL also publicly indicated, after my Trustpilot review, that they wanted to resolve the matter. I provided the requested contact details, but nothing meaningful followed.<br>This is a matter that could have been resolved much more easily with proper communication. Instead, there has been a continued failure to engage. I have now referred the matter to the ICO and The Property Ombudsman.<br>I would still much prefer Your Move / LSL to contact me and resolve the issue properly, but in my experience the branch rarely answers the phone, messages are not returned, and the same applies to their head office and associated company LSL.<br>I would gladly amend this review if Your Move / LSL now engage constructively and put right what has gone wrong. Unfortunately, after almost three months of inactivity, unanswered messages and no substantive resolution, I have little confidence that this will happen without continued escalation.<br>In my opinion, the communication, accountability and complaint handling have fallen far below the standard any customer should reasonably expect.

16th Aug 2026 (7 days ago)I’ve found Holland Broadbridge very prompt and friendly. They came out to value the house quickly, and it was online within 24 hours of someone coming to take photos. They have all been very friendly too. Overall it’s been a good experience.

Their communication and work process was outstanding together with the provision of genuine care and support when selling my house this December 2025.- 5th Jun 2026 (11 weeks ago)Nock Deighton Telford Lettings Team have been our Agent from when we became newbie Landlords guiding us through the early days, providing an easy maintenance portal for us and our tenants, answering all our queries knowledgeably and promptly and keeping us informed with webinars and meetings so we remained compliant with all the new Renters Act requirements. When we finally decided to sell Dawn Clarke, Lettings & Property Managing Director at Nock Deighton introduced us to the Landlord to Landlord sales platform, and guided us through to a successful sale. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nock Deighton Lettings Telford as the ‘go to’ Agent.

Disappointing but I understand market slow but contact and professional advice may have been beneficial.- 17th Jun 2026 (10 weeks ago)We changed to instructing Nock Deighton on the sale of our home after 6 months with another agent. Darren, Molly and Ellie have a slick operation; we found communication was great throughout, everything was done fast and without hassle and we were content with our sale price and the timescales achieved in the market conditions. Ellie in particular was so helpful and provided useful updates throughout without any pressure on our family. Whilst they are at a slighter higher price point than other estate agents, we did found the service reflected that in our opinion and seemed to provide a smooth process for buyer and seller alike.
- 8th Aug 2026 (15 days ago)We put our house up for sale with DB Roberts and out from the start, we had a lovely experience Initial evaluation was quick and easy. Photographs came very quickly and it was put on the market there in a few days. We dealt with Emily as our contact who is attentive he informed of everything, We have feedback for the reviewing. And Emily kept us up-to-date on everything that Was happening. Due to health issues, we have taken the house of the Market but hopefully will be back with DB Roberts early in the New Year thank you again Emily for all your help.
24th Aug 2022 (3 years ago)Found them to be extremely arrogant, who complains about a purchasers solicitor being on holiday in the middle of the school holidays. Obviously never sold a property in the summer before. Then expects the purchaser to let the vendor to be able to enter the property after contracts and payment have been made. Typical expectation of estate agents, middle men who do nothing and treat purchasers like dirt. Can't wait for the housing market to stop and the boot is on the other foot, and estate agents have to earn a living.

Alongside, the inventory team with Jacqui Edwards add further invaluable support to the whole process, such that by so doing it allows the new tenant to be ready to move in sooner rather than later. Excellent work, all round by the team. So grateful. Thank you.
12th Aug 2026 (11 days ago)They only care about properties to sell, rentals tho they half arse and don’t really care about, they will leave you in the dark ghost you and not update you, you have to go out of your way to make sure they do there job and even then it’s luck of the draw if they do or don’t …. Letting agents no wonder they have a bad reputation….

They have always been approachable and friendly and went above and beyond when my tenants had a problem or required assistance.<br>I definitely recommend them for managing your rental property.<br>10 out 10!- 19th Aug 2026 (4 days ago)I can't speak highly enough of the team at YourMove Oswestry, and of Rebekah Druce in particular. Firstly, Rebekah showed great initiative and local market knowledge by identifying a house which wasn't even on the market at the time as a potential suitable destination for the sellers of the property into which we were keen to move. This worked perfectly for everyone, and enabled the chain to be built. The chain was long and quite complex, but Rebekah's strong communication skills and navigation of the various challenges, including progressing other issues occurring in the chain beyond the property into which we were moving, was first class, and enabled successful completion on time for 5 sets of buyers/sellers. Fantastic service, and thank you Rebekah!
