I have to say that every part of the experience has been first-class, from the initial visit to the photography, the description, and the communication, most of all, which is the area in which most estate agents lack.<br><br>Feedback was always provided promptly and without fail, and we genuinely felt that everyone in the office was working in our best interest. This is not something you often hear about estate agents, but if you're thinking about selling through Nick Tart, I give you my word that they are the best I've come across.<br><br>By the way, I'm an ex-estate agent myself, and I've been in the property business for 20 years, so I think I might know what I'm talking about.

Had great support from them, but particular thanks to Alex Bebb who responded to the initial enquiry very quickly by phone and then arranged a date to do the valuation visit that fitted in with my work schedule. His visit was friendly and professional, and the valuation was provided in writing the next day! One happy customer. I will happily recommend Hollan Broadbridge to my friends and family.

When we finally decided to sell Dawn Clarke, Lettings & Property Managing Director at Nock Deighton introduced us to the Landlord to Landlord sales platform, and guided us through to a successful sale. 24th Aug 2022 (4 years ago)Found them to be extremely arrogant, who complains about a purchasers solicitor being on holiday in the middle of the school holidays. Obviously never sold a property in the summer before. Then expects the purchaser to let the vendor to be able to enter the property after contracts and payment have been made. Typical expectation of estate agents, middle men who do nothing and treat purchasers like dirt. Can't wait for the housing market to stop and the boot is on the other foot, and estate agents have to earn a living.
