I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

27th May 2024 (2 years ago)I was grateful that they found a buyer fairly quickly but a little disappointed that communication wasn't the best. The price we were valued at was also well above the price we sold for, but as I said finding a buyer was the main thing!
9th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)I just wanted to share my recent experience with this firm. We are from Surrey and were looking to relocate to this area.We booked a viewing and were met by Steve. Not only was he super accommodating during the process of actually trying to fit our schedule around his but he went above and beyond our expectations. The property we went to see wasn’t the ideal fit for us so Steve then suggested another property we might be interested in. He was knowledgeable about the areas we were looking at along with transport links making suggestions on areas we hadn’t really thought about. In fact he made everything seem seamless that we drive away much more in tune on what we were trying to achieve. Steve was personable with so much depth to him that we wanted to find a property just so he could manage it all without us giving it any second concerns! No doubt we will keep in touch we just wanted to use this platform as it’s known Estate agents get a lot of negative press!! Thanks again Steve ????????????

Jon walked us through the process of buying a house very clearly, responded quickly whenever we had questions, and was always a pleasure to work with.<br><br>Jon had expert knowledge of the Devon area and we would be very happy to buy / sell a house through him in the future.

12th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)We sold our house through Andrews Horley. Nancy, Steve and Tia organised and conducted the viewings. They always communicated with us to ensure it wasn't inconvenient. We received text messages with confirmation and reminders. They were enthusiastic and helpful throughout the whole process. Nancy was very proactive with chasing the solicitors and monitoring progress of our sale. She checked regularly on our purchase to ensure everything was progressing too. She was in regular contact with our buyers to let them know what was happening. Conor in Reigate also liaised with the solicitors while Nancy was away and he helped to keep things moving towards the end when solicitors were dragging their heels. From start to finish the Horley branch showed great customer support.- 19th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)Joseph Marks and Josh McGee recently introduced us to a property in Reigate. A viewing was arranged at the week-end and we were met at the property by Julie. We were extremely impressed by her friendly and professional manner, a thorough knowledge of the details of the property and also the surrounding area. Julie answered all our questions, the property “ticked all the right boxes” and we made an offer the same day.
