Once the offer was accepted Olivia did a really essential job in smoothing things through the period towards completion. With an unusual and difficult situation arising at the last minute she was instrumental in ‘getting it done’. Thank you also to Daniel who in early Jan told me he’d get an offer by Easter and he did. Job well done. Would recommend.

In the years We have now been with them I cannot praise them enough thoroughly recommend them. We then advertised our property to be sold by them. From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. From the initial start to valuing the property to getting it online and now to accepting an offer. I cannot fault Holly and Libby. The communication between us all has been excellent. Always answered the phone and email. It has been such an easy experience selling our property, although we havent fully completed just yet. I wouldnt hesitate to using you again.
