It made what could have been a difficult experience run extremely smoothly - so far! We received 3 offers within a week of the house going on the market.

3rd May 2025 (1 year ago)Having viewed available agents it beame obvious that Property Ladder in Paignton represented outstanding value for money and the manager Steve was very well informed on all relevant issues and topics. In summary, I will use them again!- 15th May 2026 (14 weeks ago)The team at Bradleys Brixham have been excellent at keeping in touch, always professional and very helpful. They have been open and honest throughout the selling process with regular feedback. The results speak for themselves in ultimately being able to sell my house in a tough, crowded market at a reasonable price.

Although we faced some financial challenges along the way, Henrietta consistently delivered excellent support and maintained meticulous records. When the time came to sell in June 2025, her attention to detail and compliance with UK property management standards made the entire process significantly smoother. I’ll admit I used to question the fees—particularly for handling the property tax returns—but in hindsight, it was money well spent. I highly recommend their services, especially if you’re based overseas and need a reliable property manager. Even if it feels costly at first, trust me: when it comes time to sell, you’ll be grateful for the structure, documentation, and peace of mind they provide. Unfortunately once we’d signed up, they weren’t reliable and didn’t communicate with us regularly. Phone calls weren’t returned, our agent was never available when we rang. Feedback only given twice in 6 months. We have now taken our property off the market until next year.
