21st Oct 2026 (6 days ago)We’ve always had a fantastic experience with this estate agency. A genuinely honest, trustworthy and professional team who have always looked after us extremely well. Communication has been excellent throughout, and it’s refreshing to deal with people who genuinely care about their clients. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional estate agent. Thank you again for everything!
30th Sep 2026 (27 days ago)Fulford's in Exeter lied to me by assuring me that the flat above me had an elderly couple living in it. Turned out it's a students rental during term time, and a short let the rest of the year (at least 3 different lets) . The in and out movement is non stop. Never knowing what kind of tenant it's going to be. I still curse Fulford's every time a new letting period begins.
30th Sep 2026 (27 days ago)I contacted Connels to view a house and received some excellent advice on other houses that may suit our requirements. View a house 2 days later and we are not SSTC within four day, excellent service and a special thanks to Kieran for his help and advice.

7th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)We viewed 16 Mowhay Gardens at Hatherleigh. Jessica Berry conducted the viewing. Jessica was well presented, confident and prepared for the viewing. Jessica offered all of the information we needed and we didn't even need to ask. As a sales person myself for over 30 years, I was very impressed with Jessica's natural ability to conduct such a positive viewing, provide information with being friendly and welcoming, considering she is new to the business.
8th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)I have/had been a tenant for 6 years and had the absolute pleasure of having Kyms guidance from the get go.
Kym has always been incredibly patient and supportive, from the initial signing of the contracts through to handing back the keys.
Kym is an invaluable asset to the team and goes above and beyond for clients, whether you are a tenant or landlord. Any question or situation that arose was always dealt with promptly and kindly, whether it be personal circumstance changes or property management.
I cannot thank Kym enough for the support she has given me over the past year 6 years, it has made my life as a tenant joyous and I felt genuinely cared for... which can be rare in the renting world.
Thank you for everything!
16th Oct 2024 (2 years ago)Thanks for everything . Emily was dealing with my renting application so efficiently and fast. The team is friendly and helpful and treats us with respect. We have been extremely impressed with the service offered by Winkworth. Highly recommended !
19th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)Excellent service- 13th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)Had a really positive experience with Lara, who showed me around a property recently. She was friendly, engaging and really easy to talk to, but most importantly actually listened and took the time to understand what I was looking for.

She explained the application process and fees really clearly, answered all my questions and followed up exactly when she said she would. Having been to quite a few viewings recently, that level of communication and genuine engagement really stood out.

A real credit to the agency and genuinely lovely to deal with. Thanks, Lara!
6th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)I was very impressed with Millie and the team at Your Move, Plymouth. As well as finding a suitable tenant, they were able to provide several contractors who were available at the last minute. I will definitely be using the team for any future tenant searches.
6th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)We’re first time buyers and our experience has been faultless, any questions we had were answer quickly from Natalie and Josh which made the process so much easier. Any viewings we wanted they made happen on days and times we were happy with!- 17th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Very disappointing experience with the lettings department.
My tenancy deposit of £750 was due to be returned on 16 September 2026.

My landlord has confirmed to me that they authorised the release of the deposit several weeks ago, yet the money has still not been returned.

I contacted the Torquay branch on 16 September and was told I would receive a call or email, but neither happened. I contacted them again later that day and left a voicemail.

I then submitted a formal complaint in writing.

The following morning I escalated the matter to Connells' central lettings contacts, only to subsequently be told that the complaint apparently hadn't even been logged.

I appreciate that formal complaints can take time to investigate.

My concern is that I can't currently get a clear answer as to where my deposit is, why it hasn't been returned when the landlord says release was authorised weeks ago, or who is actually dealing with the matter.

I'm simply looking for the £750 deposit to be returned and a clear explanation of what has happened.

I will happily update this review if Connells resolves the matter satisfactorily.
20th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)I do not know where to start from to thank all the staff of the Taylors Estates Agency, Paignton.
I will start by thanking Ryan, who showed I and my wife round the property we bought.
He is amazing, he is a star. He explained every details of each properties we visited when we went for viewing, very jovial, easy to approach and all, and most importantly on time.

All the staff of the Taylors Estates Agent are all amazing and wonderful. They are the right team for this job.
I give you all 10 Stars
Whenever I call on phone, they answer and explain all questions I brought up.
They made sure I was successful at the end of the day.
I am very happy I am partnering with the Taylors Estates Agency on this.
I won't forget to mention that they referred me to Mortgage Advisor, Solicitor, they are all fantastic, they are all on time to deliver the job to be honest.
Kudos all!
You all are stars!
Love you guys xxxx- 2nd Oct 2026 (25 days ago)We were extremely happy with the way Connells handled the sale of our Mum & Dad’s house, from the valuation for probate, to the sale itself. They were very patient and understanding, offering advice and always professional. They also offered an extremely competitive fee. We would definitely use them again.
28th Sep 2026 (29 days ago)Recently sold and purchased properties with Boyce Brixham. Communucation was excellent and the team were very professional. Would highly recommend for buying, selling and renting. During my recent experience, Lewis & Suzanne were extremely effiicient, though a huge thank you to all.- 13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)Seriously I could not be more shocked at the level of service. Having seen a flat come on Friday I emailed straights away. I also called and left numbers. I then called on the Monday (which was a real chore as no one was answering the phone) after 10th time to be told that the lady who deals with letting not in, but they would leave a message for her I then call Tuesday morning 10 mins after the lines are open to say that she has booked all the viewings and that they are not taking anymore. Shocking waste of time and the attitude was really tough luck, not Im sorry maybe I could help with another property.
- 3rd Oct 2026 (24 days ago)I had not sold a property for many years and never alone so I needed a lot of "hand holding" ....... I need not have worried. Ellie helped me through everything step by step and when I had occasion to speak to other members of the team at Fulfords Paignton they were equally as helpful. I would highly recommend them.
28th Sep 2026 (29 days ago)I recently sold my house through Stags Totnes Office and highly recommend them. Thank you to Robin, Mike, and Imogen for your very professional service, expert advice, and excellent communication. They not only sold the property quickly but also achieved a much higher asking price than I expected.
1st Oct 2026 (26 days ago)The team at Fraser Wheeler were fantastic, Sam our agent was very thorough and his local knowledge was exceptional. We would use Fraser Wheeler again without hesitation.
13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)Punctual, friendly and very helpful with any questions I had
13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)Ryan at Taylors has been the best estate agent I've spoken to throughout my house search. He was always very knowledgeable on the properties he was suggesting or showing me around, and if he didn't know an answer to my questions, he would do his best to find out. He always came across very polite and was a pleasure to meet. He sets a very high standard that unfortunately the other agents I've met with are yet to meet. He is a credit to the company!
16th Oct 2026 (11 days ago)Excellent service kept us informed all the way through the process.

6th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)Dave Robinson at Coast and Country Estate Agents was a pleasure to deal with and nothing was too much effort! Tricky situation with poor solicitors but smooth and plain sailing with anything to do with these guys! Dave’s a top bloke and I couldn’t recommend enough!
24th Oct 2026 (3 days ago)Have to agree with previous one star review i read earlier. No obvious effort to support us in trying to sell our home. Felt like we were just processed rather than engaged with. Promised much on first meeting and very encouraging. Sadly empty words about actual engagement, advice or support.
23rd Oct 2026 (4 days ago)In the process of looking for my next home and have been very impressed with the professionalism and speed of communications with the team, friendly and easy to talk to. Have had 3 viewings with Caroline, excellent tour guide, knowledgeable and welcoming. Nothing feels too much trouble.
Thanks for your support so far!
8th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)I have had decades of experience buying, selling and letting so I should like to say that my experience with this particular branch of Fox & Sons in Mutley Plain have all excelled in their professionalism, friendliness and helpfulness.
A special thanks to Jack, Lee, Morgan (Sales), Natasha and Mia (Lettings) were just a few I had to use.
I can't recommend their services enough. Thank you to all.
Irene
