As a business it is very important to work with people who align with your core values and deliver a high quality service. The team at Naomi J Ryan are professional, friendly and very good at keeping on top of things. We normally work with them in managing our rental portfolio but have recently sold a couple of properties with them and the experience has been equally impressive. Highly recommended.

I’m asking people to be take care of any details while dealing with this agency!<br><br>They don’t support you with maintenance and once you finish the contract make sure to call them because they don’t give any support or leads to take an advantage on the tenant and let him extend some days with fees!<br><br>I finished my fixed contract with them and 2 days before I depart from Exeter I called to see what shall I do and they told me no you have to extend one more month! I told them no one emailed me and helped me regarding this and they were like you must pay!<br><br>We gave back the apartment clean and tidy and left the keys inside the same day they were having viewing for another tenant and we left the keys inside with them and they left it and emailed us 7 days later that we must pay 310£ one week rent because we didn’t give the keys to the office!<br><br>Also the cleaning fee even though the apartment is super clean they charged us big amounts im sure 80% of it is considered profit as well as their poor performance in maintenance and helping tenants to live in a comfortable place.<br><br>If you are forced to deal with them just focus on your rights and the contract especially.

2nd Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)Want a honest, reliable, friendly estate agent, then Elliot from Bond Oxborough Phillips, Okehampton is your man. Elliot helped hugely by checking out a contract we had with another estate agent and showed us their faults & flaws, before we changed to BOP. Before we even had photographs of our property, Elliot had a viewer lined up, who put in an offer straight away. Excellent service. Elle has been great, being our liaison between the solicitors & chasing everything up, which meant it was less stressful to us. She even went out her way on her day off to check in with us on completion day. Very pleased with the outcome from Bond Oxborough and would recommend this Okehampton branch. Thank you all.

30th Jun 2026 (5 days ago)I can't thank Connor and Millie enough for all the help and support they gave me during what was a very stressful time.<br><br>I was understandably worried about finding somewhere new to live. The team worked hard to find me suitable accommodation and arranged an agreement with my previous landlord that made the move much more manageable.<br><br>On moving day, they even helped me transport my belongings to my new home, which was far beyond what I expected and made a huge difference. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out.<br><br>Throughout the whole process, they kept me informed, answered my questions, and treated me with understanding and respect. They made what could have been a very difficult experience much less stressful.<br><br>I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, caring, and reliable estate agent. Communication was consistently clear and maintained at every stage of the purchase, which made the whole process far less stressful. Overall, a great service that I would happily recommend.

From the very first viewing, Zoe was really helpful and knowledgeable about the property as well as the local area, as we were locating, and the whole process went very smoothly. 4th Jun 2026 (4 weeks ago)Peggs found one viewer for my home in the 14 weeks I was under contract. They only contacted me once in that time after about 6 weeks, to persuade me to drop the price. I never once received any properties from them, being marketed to me for my new requirements, and so it led me to wonder if they relied solely upon RightMove etc for leads. The original proposed price was their suggestion, not mine. Yes, the market has been largely flat for period apartments like mine, but there was nothing that gave confidence in their marketing and this included the very young inappropriately dressed person they sent to accompany my only viewing. It us difficult to recommend Peggs although the lady lister who initially came to my home was pleasant, knowledgeable and gave me hope. I wrongly assumed she might be managing everything to do with getting interest in my home. I don't how some of the questions as the opportunity to test out knowledge and value did not arise.

The team kept us updated regularly and did a great job keeping everything moving and maintaining momentum, which made a big difference during the process. They were also very fair, supportive and enthusiastic about our onward purchase. We dealt with Tia quite a bit and she was great. She strikes a great balance between being friendly, approachable and professional, and always dealt with things quickly and efficiently. Communication was clear throughout and she was always happy to help or chase things when needed. We’d happily recommend both her and the team to others. Thank you.
