11th Oct 2025 (9 mo. ago)This agency is a joke. I caught the agent in our backgarden when he gave no notice. We were petrified and as single women it was a truely frightening experience. Stay away from them if possible. Truly awful

12th Sep 2025 (10 mo. ago)Moore and Partners were incredibly helpful in the the entire selling process with excellent advise and a great knowledge of properties in the area. Darren was always available to speak to and the photgraphs of the house were super. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

18th Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)We have just completed on my mother's property in Rustington.<br>Hawke and Metcalfe - I should really say Geoff & Nick have been brilliant. The market is not that fantastic atm, Geoff and Nick guided us through the tough stages with great knowledge and advice. they are local, independent, good value and know exactly what they are doing.<br>I thoroughly recommend them to anyone selling in the area.

All of who were fantastic, Jon in particular updated me pretty much every day whilst we tried to navigate a tricky purchase. Unfortunately due to the seller wasting time we wasn’t able to purchase it however Jon and his team did everything right and everything they could their side. Just came down to a waste of time seller. Would highly recommend satchells to anyone though!

Le Grys created an attractive marketing campaign that really highlighted the strengths and unique features of the house the photos and overall presentation were excellent. They also managed the viewings with great care and efficiency, giving me clear feedback after each visit. I highly recommend them to everyone looking to sell à property.

18th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)We chose King's at Borough Green to sell my mothers house (under probate) as Jonathan was the most understanding and clear of all the Agents we tried. He was clear about the expectations and lead me to believe that the market was right to sell. I was pleasantly surprised at how well the team organised viewings and offers so that I had no hassle and was guided all the way through. Karen was brilliant at communication and chasing down the chain to see what was occurring - am sure we would not achieved a successful sale without her. In summary, I would recommend the whole team at King's.
