5th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)My wife and I had the pleasure of engaging Sam Tomlinson as our selling agent for our property in Maidenhead, Berkshire, United Kingdom. Before we engaged Sam, we had sought out many other realtors in the area - even some of the big national brands. Unfortunately, the majority of them were unprofessional & tardy and there were some even to point of non responsiveness and or over commitments that simply were not attainable. From the time we first engaged Sam right until to the point when we closed the sale of the house, Sam exemplified expertise and professionalism to the core. The entire selling process went so smoothly despite Sam being in Maidenhead in the UK, and my wife and I were between California and Dubai. All our meetings were professional and highly productive albeit they being virtual. Sam was extremely courteous, highly responsive and very knowledgeable and advised us every step of the way. Despite Sam having to be away for a week, all matters pertaining to the sale was handled by another colleague without any disruption to the selling process. Sam’s professional advise on the indicative selling price, to his recommendations for re painting our house to fixing the electrical fixtures all led to a quick sale of our property at our expected selling price. We sold the house within less than a month of open viewings and closed the transaction within 2 months. The amazing this was this was all accomplished in an era where house prices were dropping and interest rates skyrocketing. Therefore it gives me great pleasure in recommending Sam Tomlinson and the good folks at Braxton for any real estate services in Maidenhead. Braxtons and Sam has my utmost confidence!

1st Oct 2026 (26 days ago)I would like to express my appreciation for the professionalism and helpful advice given to me by the rep from Romans Estate agents, George Steedman during his visit to evaluate our family home. First we sat in the lounge to discuss the house and the considerable services Romans had to offer & their wide network of connections especially with London. The portfolio showed some of the houses shot from unusual angles making them appear striking. During the subsequent tour his focus was on the house as a family home rather than its obvious capacity for extensions & the like.<br>I felt that Romans would deliver a personal touch, seeing every house as unique & that they would handle any transaction with care & consideration.
13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)I recently purchased a property through Savills Henley and wanted to leave a review from a buyer’s perspective, as most reviews tend to come from sellers.<br><br>The purchase was particularly complex, but the team at Savills Henley were extremely professional, helpful and communicative throughout the process.<br><br>A particular thank you to Charles, who was excellent to deal with, very personable and played a critical role in helping the purchase progress smoothly despite the challenges involved.<br><br>Overall, a great experience with a professional and approachable team. I would certainly look forward to doing more business with Savills Henley in the future.<br><br>Highly recommended!

It was lovely to have someone so approachable to speak to, and her help made the whole experience much easier for us. We really appreciate the time and care she gave us and would happily recommend.

During the valuation process Tom & Dylan had by far the most positive approach compared to a number of other local estate agents and this was the main reason I opted to sell my apartment with them. Dylan maintained a good level of communication throughout both the sale and onward purchase and was always there on the other end of the phone when ever I had any questions to ask. Thanks all!

After making an offer that was accepted, Matt was instrumental in liaising with the property owner for access to the property before completion in order to complete renovation works. He communicated well, responded to requests in a timely manner and nothing was too much trouble. And he answered his phone when I rang. We moved in on July 29th and couldn't have done it without his help.<br><br>I would have no hesitation in recommending Matt and Knight Frank in Henley if you're buying or selling property in this area.

Their marketing is brilliant, local knowledge and experience invaluable and handling of viewings and potential buyers, second to none. Their advice has been spot on and their energy and responsive unwavering They have been all round brilliant and I would never use another agent again. I highly recommend them to anyone thinking of moving home
10th Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)Today (12/12/25) at around 09:30 on the M4, one of your drivers driving a Mini, registration LS73 GXC, was continuously using his mobile phone while driving and hogging the middle lane. Once he finished using his phone, his driving became even more concerning. Despite the speed being reduced to 40 mph, he began driving aggressively, flashing other drivers to move faster, and also attempted to undertake other vehicles. His behaviour was reckless and extremely dangerous. Given that this vehicle is displaying full company branding, this reflects very poorly on your business. If you employ drivers like this, it may be worth reconsidering allowing them to operate company-branded vehicles, as it presents a serious risk to public safety and your company’s reputation. I truly wish I had dash cam footage, as I would have reported this incident directly to the police. I hope this matter is taken seriously.

Shana brought us several well-qualified offers quickly, answered our questions promptly, and coordinated the painting, cleaning and inventory so everything was ready for the move-in date. Carla gave clear, patient answers on the terms and the paperwork, and was always quick to help. Highly recommend Shana, Carla and the Maidenhead team.

The team were great throughout, always keeping me updated, communicating clearly and being helpful and respectful at every stage. The process felt well managed from start to finish, and I always felt I was in good hands.<br><br>A special mention to Trinity and Ella, who were both brilliant throughout.<br><br>Would definitely recommend Coopers Maidenhead.

They provide a personal service where only one person shows viewers around and has learnt everything about the property so any questions asked can be answered with confidence. We had 19 viewings and sold our property within a month of being advertised. Plus their charges included vat which the majority of other agents add on so that’s an immediate saving of 20%.
