5th Jan 2013 (13 years ago)Avoid at all costs!. This company is a one man show. Could not agree more with the previous review. Extremely scruffy and dodgy looking character who is out to grab your money at all costs. Highly unprofessional. For landlords, will produce fake invoices to claim money. And for tenants, will never respond to phone calls if there is any problem with the house.
21st Feb 2026 (6 mo. ago)I strongly advise landlords to be extremely cautious when dealing with Fair Links Estate Agents. My experience has been deeply disappointing and has resulted in significant financial loss. The company Directors, Ali Muhammad and Arif Muhammad, were friends with the tenant and looked at his interest rather than the Landlords. Throughout the tenancy, my concerns and formal complaints were repeatedly ignored. Communication was poor, emails and letters went unanswered, and I felt that issues were consistently avoided rather than resolved. The tenant Mir Ikhlaq was placed in my property, which fell into substantial arrears—over £30,000—yet despite the agent being fully aware of the outstanding amount, the deposit was released without my consent. This goes against the expectations of transparency and proper procedure under the government?approved deposit protection schemes. When the tenants were finally evicted, the property was left in an unacceptable condition, including hygiene issues and evidence of pests. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Fair Links Estate Agents to any landlord. I would urge others to proceed with caution and ensure they have robust safeguards in place before entrusting their property to this agency.
27th Aug 2025 (11 mo. ago)These people dont have your interests at heart. I've been in very limited contact for just short of 3 months. I have called and emailed about 2 separate properties and they fail to reply and fail to actually commit. This has been a very stressful situation that they share zero empathy in. This business is NOT fit for purpose. Charles has not even met expectations in this situation and I've not been able to discuss this with anyone else.

7th Feb 2026 (6 mo. ago)I am so impressed with the service from Epps Estates. It has been a while since I have been blown away by an estate agents dedication and professionalism. We could only view on Sundays which they were happy to accommodate two weekends running and they genuinely care about our property search. I have been trying to view with number of other estate agents whilst trying to find my next home and have to say the experience with most of them has been frustrating to say the least. Epps Estates have been amazing and Jimi from the sales team is definitely someone I would recommend to anyone searching for a new property.
