3rd Sep 2014 (11 years ago)I will NEVER use this estate agency again to search for a property.We secured the property with the manager called Dawn by paying £450.00.She sent us our referencing documents which we were in the process of filling in.She also sent an email confirming we have the property subject to referencing.I therefore handed in my notice at my other property and found out a week later she had taken another group as they offered more money!!What is the point in a securing deposit when it is not used to secure the property.When I called the manager to discuss the situation she would not give me a chance to speak and spoke to me in a very agressive manner.Use another agency!

23rd Dec 2025 (8 mo. ago)Been an awful experience with Ben and Dominic. Looked at leasing a property and put in offers. They then switched to sell the commercial property. Put offers in at 25% over asking price and they came back saying it must be a minimum of 50% over asking! Totally unprofessional and misleading with advertised prices. Waste of 4 months.

7th Oct 2017 (8 years ago)Steer clear of this company if you actually want your accounts done properly. They messed up my payslips and failed to do VAT returns properly - communication is also poor and they have no online accounting service (like QuickBooks) for you to view your accounts or any of the book-keeping. Half of the time they do not know what they are doing and I found myself having to chase them up for any and everything!

I wasn't too impressed with the photos, especially because we had to pay for that separately, but overall they were very helpful and easy to work with.
