Our property was on the market with a local agent and had not sold for 3 months - Chloe Crozier from Hawks knocked on our door, as she saw the for sale board. She persuaded us to go multi-agency and had viewers booked in by the following week - one of those viewers ended up offering less than what we required, however Chloe managed to negotiate the offer up to our required threshold.
