30th Apr 2026 (10 days ago)Communication was poor after 4 months of being on the market, lead to believe I would be kept up to date each Wednesday, that never happened and when the enquiries dropped off before Christmas I heard nothing until I took the property off the market.in April and to date after at least three weeks snd of asking the return of my spare key.Twice there was a problem with the person showing a client round,they knocked on the wrong door( they have a key) who was a elderly neighbour snd caused him to worry his flat was being sold and the second was they told a neighbour that the property was on the market as they were waiting for the.Client to turn up. That was my place to let any of them know if I wanted. Not great.!

If they can’t be bothered to return a simple enquiry, it speaks volumes about how this branch operates and suggests a lack of professionalism across the company as a whole. 24th Apr 2026 (16 days ago)Sasan moves fast and knows how to find the deals you want. He’s proactive, resourceful, and finds a way to get things done. That pace can be a lot for some people, but it’s effective—especially under pressure. My only recommendation would be to focus less on trivial details and more on the bigger picture. Long-term relationships matter—LTV is more valuable than just closing the next deal. Overall, a strong operator I’d recommend.

From the very beginning until we got the flat, they were incredibly dedicated, helpful, and trustworthy. A huge thank you to Anna, Jason’s and Susie for all the support and care you gave us along the way. You went above and beyond, and we truly felt looked after throughout the process. This has been by far the best experience we've had in London yet, and that really means a lot to us. We couldn’t be happier with the service and are so grateful. Highly recommended!
16th Apr 2026 (24 days ago)This was a poor experience for us. The young man, Diandre, at first couldn't have been nicer and he really didn't do anything wrong but the overall handling of our viewing experiences was just unnecessary and a waste of our time, and theirs in the end. Lettings Agents like these only want young full time workers to deal with. People who have a job to lose, are somehow are a safer bet than an older stable couple with checkable histories. Suffice to say they did enough to ensure we didn't call it outright discrimination but the end answer was "no" even if we could easily have afforded the two properties we were interested in. And we showed several times that we could. Be warned, if you have ANY type of benefit within your income (including salaryand atate pension, these people will not treat you fairly and you will not even be allowed to progress to referencing, their answer to you will always be "no". They'd rather lose tens of thousands of pounds per tenant than rent to older, sensible people who.can clearly afford the rent. It is truly shocking how we have been treated. Do not rent with them, if you value transparency, stability and respect you will be disappointed and they will waste your time and tell you "No. Just no", was the last word. Not that we had failed any checks or had bad refs. So disappointing for us and our children. They feel like we have done something wrong.

2nd Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)Very happy with the service we received from Patrick Gardner, and Sarah in particular. We were not local so it was great that they were happy to deal with potential buyers, including taking meter readings on the completion date, and providing access to the company we were using to clear and clean the house prior to completion. Two negatives. the first was that the clearing and cleaning company, that they put us in touch with, let us down. They did say that they would not recommend any particular company, so shouldn't affect their review, but we did suggest that they took them off their list. Don't know if they have. The second was that they were a bit pushy about having a sale board up. As we were not local, and as the house was vacant, we were reluctant to advertise that the house was up for sale, particularly as, being at the end of a cul-de-sac, there was no passing traffic.

They've got a lovely 4 bed to grow old in, and I can't wait to inherit it. I'll definitely return the next time I need real estate assistance. Mega.
17th Apr 2026 (23 days ago)We instructed Chandlers to handle the sale of house in relation to probate. they sold the house within 36 hrs of going to market. The whole process was smooth and we were kept informed of progress throughout. James in particular was excellent nothing was too much and made us feel at ease through the whole process. I would highly recommend them when it come to selling property

We were shown our new home by George who was lovely. Julian in the team managed everything else, and the man is a saint. I was stressed to say the least between work and trying to buy a house in a short timeframe. No matter how testy I got, he was patient, friendly and supportive. I can’t speak highly enough of Julian, and when we eventually sell in the future he’ll be the first person we go to. Julian thank you so much for your amazing service.

16th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)Buying and selling a property is already a very stressful time and I found this estate agents overall poor, and general lack of communication exasperated what should be a simple part of the process in relation to viewing properties. I contacted the agency a number of times requesting a viewing to not get through to anyone or told to wait for a callback. When I did finally receive the confirmation, communication issues persisted with no replies to queries, a dead phone line when trying to call, and even a closed office even though we could see someone sitting in there. I was often given the excuse of a tech issue, but no other route to contact them was offered. We were left standing in the cold waiting for the viewing and 15 minutes late the door opened and it appeared the estate agent was waiting inside the whole time. I was very disappointed in the service and even if I was interested in the property I would think twice before buying in case the poor communication carried on delaying the sale.

Helpful at every stage of the process, shared his local knowledge, was always frank about any challenges that we would encounter, and even introduced us to the local community. Couldn’t recommend him and River Homes highly enough.

Henne in particular deserves a mention - she really helped when our chain was dragging by communicating up and down the line and keeping us informed every step. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
