25th Jun 2026 (10 days ago)Just spoke to Dan on the phone who was incredibly rude and hostile towards me on the phone after he called to follow up and offer that was rejected from the buyer. He said he doesn’t want to waste his time speaking with people that aren’t serious so I asked him to remove me from the database. Astonished at his poor customer service.

The branch manager Josh Collins was instrumental in making the transaction happen, with his expertise in negotiating a favourable deal for both parties, which wasn't the easiest thing to do, given I put in an offer lower than the vendors originally wanted to accept. I would also like to give a big shoutout to our lovely sales negotiator Victoria Haugaard, who was very attentive, highly professional and helpful to my parents and I throughout the process and was great to work with both on and off the viewings. Highly recommend this team!

Matilda is the most professional, responsible and reliable negotiator I’ve come across during my month-long property search! Following the introduction of the new renting rules in May, the conditions for renting became more complicated for us. I’ve spoken to quite a few letting agents, but they seem rather unsure themselves, so I received a lot of incorrect information. Matilda, however, was very professional right from our very first conversation and provided a clear plan. Throughout the rest of the letting process, she always answered all my questions promptly, which put my mind at ease. Thank you Matilda!

Our property was priced realistically from the start, unlike two other agents who valued it much higher despite us already having a Red Book valuation. The results speak for themselves – 26 viewings in just 3 days, 18 offers, and sold subject to contract in under a week! The team has been honest, reliable, professional and a pleasure to deal with throughout. We also really appreciated that they don’t work on a commission basis. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent. Our agent Harry and his manager Libby keep customer care at the bottom of their priority list. I have called multiple times, left emails, and left voicemails, all to be completely ignored.<br><br>?We were without a functioning bathroom for 5 months. A rental reduction was requested, acknowledged, and then ignored for months, honestly don't believe the request was ever even passed to the landlord. Now, we are at the end of our tenancy and have found new tenants for the flat, but again, we are being ignored.<br><br>?I have found the landlord's details and will contact him directly today just to get a response. Shocking service.
- 8th Jun 2026 (27 days ago)I’d like to share my experience with Foxtons Balham, in particular with Jack Delgado.<br>I had booked a viewing for a house in Balham with Jac a few weeks ago. The appointment was at noon. I arrived and — besides being poorly greeted — he did not remember we had an appointment and had no idea as to which property I was meant to view. Worse than that — he then said that the property went under offer the night before, therefore wasting my time as I commuted down south to Balham. I would have appreciated some clear, professional communication. Some ideas for improvement, perhaps: he could have contacted me and informed me that the property went under offer?
