5th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)I can't recommend KFH Balham highly enough.<br><br>After a disappointing experience with another estate agent in Balham where my sale fell through, working with KFH was a breath of fresh air. They sold my flat in just two weeks, and from start to finish the service was excellent.<br><br>Selling a property is never stress free, but the team did everything they could to make the process as smooth and straightforward as possible. Their communication throughout was fantastic.I was always kept up to date, they were proactive, responsive, and genuinely felt invested in getting the sale over the line.<br><br>A huge thank you to everyone involved for your professionalism, hard work and support, especially Jason the sales negotiator. If you're looking for an estate agent in the area, I highly recommend KFH.

Ali was great throughout the whole process, helping us secure a perfect home whilst keeping the process running smoothly and on time! They usually have a great selection of properties in SW11 and we have no hesitations in recommending them.

She has made this tenancy process seem scarily easy, all with a smile she has dotted all the I’s and crossed all the T’s. She put together a clear, well-considered marketing plan (including making a really impressive social media video), carefully assessing the timing based on the property's strengths before working tirelessly to maximise viewings. I always knew my flat was in very safe hands during viewings—Hannah strikes the perfect balance of being informative, friendly and enthusiastic, showcasing the property in the best possible light. She kept me updated throughout the process and, once a buyer was secured, was instrumental in navigating the inevitable challenges that arose, ensuring the sale made it over the line. She’s one of the very best and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a proactive, knowledgeable and dedicated estate agent.

James, Richard and Toby were fantastic throughout the whole process.<br><br>They were very honest when helping us get our home ready for sale, and they managed to get the viewings organised and an offer agreed at asking price in very short order.<br><br>They were communicative throughout and followed up with everything in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

She has been absolutely amazing throughout my entire journey of purchasing my first apartment in the UK.<br><br>From the very beginning, Giulia was incredibly attentive, professional and genuinely committed to helping me find the right property. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and, thanks to her exceptional attention to detail and understanding of my needs, she helped me find an apartment that I am genuinely so happy with.<br><br>As this was my first time purchasing a property in the UK, there were many parts of the process that were completely new to me. Giulia made the entire journey feel incredibly smooth and reassuring. 8th Aug 2026 (15 days ago)We had originally signed a lease via Douglas & Gordon which was transferred to Foxtons, and the service was genuinely abominable. While we were not a direct client, we wouldn’t touch Foxtons with a 10 foot pole for any buying/renting needs due to our end of tenancy experience.<br><br>1. Tried to claim that they only had to provide a few hours notice to us for viewings when our contract stated 24 hours (as does the law)<br>2. Would schedule viewings and not inform us when they were cancelled unless we reached out to confirm. Additionally, would organize viewings and then cancel after the scheduled time when we had already vacated the flat for the viewing<br>3. Showed up 20 min early for a viewing when we were eating dinner and also showed up late for viewings (which is understandable with prospective clients but at least let the tenant know)<br>4. Hadn’t heard from Foxtons in almost a week (while keeping the flat ready for showings), so sent an email asking what the state of affairs was. This was not answered so went into the office and was told the flat had been let and was not notified<br>5. After check out, was supposed to be notified if there were any deductions to the deposit. Reached out after a month and Foxtons response was asking if a check out had been done (Foxtons organized it) and suspected it had never been sent to the landlord<br><br>Generally rude and unhelpful - would not recommend across the board.- 6th Aug 2026 (17 days ago)Bethany at the Balham office made our house search so much easier. From the start she was incredibly helpful, always available to answer questions and quick to follow up after viewings.<br><br>She really knew the area well and listened to what we wanted. She was so supportive throughout and always kept us in the loop.<br><br>We really enjoyed working with Bethany and would recommend her to anyone searching for a home in Balham.
