13th Aug 2026 (10 days ago)I would like to commend Mahul Patel, Ellisons, Wimbledon. I first contacted him in February 2026 and through various personal issues and crises was not able to proceed with a purchase initially. He always kept in contact ( which is very rare) and when I was able to come back on the scene again was always diligent in providing leads for my particualr specification. In the end, I found a house from another agent, but would have no hesitation in recommending Mahul as one of the best in his field.

He was just fantastic throughout the entire process from arranging access for various inspections and surveys to keeping us up to date and providing realistic time frames throughout the entire sale. We were also grateful to his other colleagues at the Wimbledon Village office for always getting back to us when Kasper was unavailable and even dropping everything to give us access at short notice. Our thanks to all the staff at the Wimbledon office.<br>Andrew & Caroline

We knew where both sides stood the full time. Albeit a painfully slow purchase (due to conveyancer-based circumstances, outside of Curchods control), Ruby remained helpful throughout.

Choosing Goodfellows for our most recent move was an obvious choice and we weren't disappointed. Kerry and her amazing Team were fantastic in our sale and also our purchase. We really felt like they were on our side and doing their best for us. Communication was excellent be it through email or phone call. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Outstanding Property Management and Sales Service<br>I have been with SeOUL Estate Agents for many years, managing our property in New Malden while I live in Australia. Their service throughout has been exceptional.<br>Ian and Chris Kim in Property Management have always been kind, responsive and extremely helpful. They managed not only the letting of the property but also repairs, maintenance and refurbishment, giving me complete peace of mind despite being overseas.<br>More recently, Mr Kim Yoon in Sales successfully handled the sale of our property. He worked tirelessly arranging viewings and was professional, experienced, courteous and excellent in communicating with us throughout. Being in Australia could have made the process difficult, but he ensured that the sale and completion progressed smoothly without any problems.<br>I am extremely grateful to the entire SeOUL team for their outstanding service over many years. 10th Aug 2026 (13 days ago)I booked a property viewing with the owner, but he never showed up. When I went to their office to follow up, he wasn't there, and the staff had no record of my booking. They promised to call me back but never did. I later discovered they were still advertising the property despite no longer having it on their books. By contrast, I booked a viewing for the exact same property through their competitors on the opposite side of the road and was inside seeing it within 20 minutes.This matches my past experiences with Connor Prince, where things also ended badly. If this agency messes up, do not expect an apology. The owner will simply cut you off cold and move on without a care. He is rude, arrogant, and entirely lacks empathy. They run this office like a corner shop family business with decor stuck in the '70s rather than a modern, professional 21st-century estate agency. I would not use them again if they were the last estate agents left on earth. Dreadful people.

Both times they have been extremely professional and effective at helping us achieve a swift and smooth completion.<br>Darshil is always available to talk to and extremely helpful guiding us through the sale of our property. They found a good buyer in less than 28 days and guided us well throughout the process.<br>I would strongly recommend Ellisons to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Raynes Park area.

1st Aug 2026 (22 days ago)Landlords Beware, I was charged for a second year commission for the same tenants, this had not been made clear in the let only Terms of business instead it was put on a separate invoice in small writing at the bottom that a 6% charge will apply if the tenants stayed on, this is in contrast to the initial email I received from the director advising Let only fee will be paid once upfront. I was expecting to pay only £250 for a contract renewal instead I was charged £1680 for the second year. They are not transparent with their fees. They referred to additional assistance that had been provided during the tenancy. However, I did not request or agree to purchase any services beyond the Let Only instruction, and I was never informed that any assistance offered would later be relied upon as justification for the second-year commission such as rent increase or reconciliation of rent, this was undertaken voluntarily by them. This experience has highlighted the importance of transparency when landlords are entering into contracts.

When it was time to manage my father's estate and sell the family home I absolutely knew I needed to ring Dean and ask him to manage the sale for us. Dean, as always was honest, responsive, patient (!) and professional throughout the process. Dierdre is an amazing communicator, link person to all parties, and as a team they are simply the best!<br><br>The family thought the sale would be a challenge in the current selling climate but as always Dean and Dierdre rose to this and proved us wrong. Their skill in matching the property to the buyer cannot be understated and they make it look so easy. It is a quality that they possess that many other agents do not. They take a personal interest in the vendor and purchaser and are always available, day or night to provide their professional advice and guidance.<br><br>If you are looking to sell or buy a home - choose Ewe Move, you will be very glad you did!
