Ellisons gave good advice when marketing our property. They were persistent and remained positive when our sale fell through due to problems with the buyer's related sale. They negotiated well when issues arose over the price. They chased solicitors, buyer and their related sale to keep progressing the sale. We would recommend Ellisons for a house sale in Raynes Park.

Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. Each interaction was lovely, my questions were answered in a timely way. All forms, a contract, the inventory and welcome pack were all processed swiftly and easily all with a sense of 'hand holding' throughout the process. Congratulations to the whole team, I look forward to spending happy times in my great and new rental property.

When it was time to manage my father's estate and sell the family home I absolutely knew I needed to ring Dean and ask him to manage the sale for us. Dean, as always was honest, responsive, patient (!) and professional throughout the process. Dierdre is an amazing communicator, link person to all parties, and as a team they are simply the best!<br><br>The family thought the sale would be a challenge in the current selling climate but as always Dean and Dierdre rose to this and proved us wrong. Their skill in matching the property to the buyer cannot be understated and they make it look so easy. It is a quality that they possess that many other agents do not. A buyer was found within the first few weeks and Hayleigh went above and beyond to make it as stress free as possible for my sister-in-law who became very confused with the moving process. Hayleigh was always there for her and keep me informed as I lived 2hrs away. I can't thank Haleigh and her team enough for all they have done. I would highly recommend Butlers to anybody who wants the best experience selling their property, they are fantastic.
