What a disgusting service. We went in their SWF office, looking for a 2 bed property to rent. The lady in there gave us a load of useless waffle, then told us the property we wanted had already gone. She promised to let us know is anything else became available. A week later we saw that the property was still available, but no one had bothered to let us know. We rang them and got a viewing. An hour before our viewing County Estates called us and said the property was gone. She told us that it was first come first served, although no one told us that. What a joke company, with no communication skills. Avoid them like the plague.... Read more
