2 viewings in 12 views. Pictures on rightmove were very poor. We’ve been with a new estate agent and had 4 viewings in a week and more communication than 12 weeks with balgores.... Read more

We were very impressed with Balgores. The fee was all inclusive, we didn’t have to pay extra for plans or EPC report. The valuation was realistic but not too low and the valuer had not prejudged the value before seeing the property (our property had been extended so presented a little differently from similar properties). The photos taken by our valuer Paul presented the property well. Most importantly positive steps were taken to match viewers to the property so we had viewers before the brochure was even completed. I know that web companies are cheaper but you pay up front so there is no imperative to find a purchaser. Traditional agents are only paid if you complete. Balgores were very active in finding a purchaser and this is what makes the fee worth while. There is a dedicated member of staff making appointments and contacting purchasers This was Tom in our case and he was great, really enthusiastic and efficient. The property sold quickly with Paul handling the negotiations so we felt we achieved the best price. After the sale we were kept informed of progress regularly by another allocated staff member Marie. This team system worked really well. The property sold quickly and the sale went smoothly. I would really recommend Balgores to purchasers too. Register an interest with them and they will contact you with suitable properties. We are currently looking in another part of the country and haven’t found an agent that does this on a personal level just ones that ping our weekly emails.... Read more
