We have just moved into the area and had a great experience with Keenans from start to finish. We viewed the house a couple of times before making our offer and then twice again afterwards, and nothing was ever too much trouble. The whole team were so lovely, friendly and accommodating, always happy to answer our questions and arrange extra viewings. Buying a house is never without its challenges, but the team were supportive throughout which made a massive difference. We arrived at their office at 4pm on one of the hottest days of the year to collect the keys, and they made us feel so welcome. They even surprised us with a bottle of wine to celebrate in our new home!! Thank you to everyone at Keenans for helping us with our move. Habitats - now called Agreed. Really impressed with the concept and overall with the site and process. Very quick to get my property online, booked a floorplan and it was carried out very promptly, house was uploaded to Rightmove and Zoopla in now time and it sold in days (although that's down to market conditions too). Overall really happy although the actual site can be a tad glitchy and perhaps from a buyers point of view a bit more guidance is needed...my FTB struggled a bit. Help function generally very responsive though. Sale hasn't yet completed as we are only a week in but if all continues as it started they will deserve 5 stars and I've saved over £1k in agent fees.... Read more
