Wood & Pilcher were great during our sale this past summer. They provided us with advice to prepare our house before we were signed up with them and then 3 months later when we were ready to go to market they got us out there quickly and got us a buyer inside a week. When that fell through, we went back to market and got a better offer the following week. Communication was excellent and either Amanda or Steve was avaliable whenever we needed them.
