The selling fee amounts to a lot but you get what you pay for so it was worth it to get me a buyer quite quickly at an acceptable price.

5th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)Very irritating experience. As shown in my screenshot, I have received several calls from you, and every single time I have clearly told you YOU HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER. I am not selling a property — I was only a tenant. Each time, you apologise, promise my number will be removed, and then claim “the system takes time to update.” Really? 3 -8 months? That excuse is wearing thin. Your last call was on Monday, where I was again reassured that my number would finally be taken off your system. To stop the disturbance during my workday, I even blocked your number — yet unbelievably, you still managed to leave me a voicemail today - your contact even seems to be increasing! At this point, your persistence feels relentless, intrusive, and completely unacceptable. For the sake of my sanity: Remove, delete, and block my number from your system immediately. This whole situation could have been avoided if you had simply done what you said you would do the first time. Instead, I’m left dealing with behaviour that comes across as either spiteful or incompetent. P.S I am for some reason unable to attach the screenshot of the call log of harassment!

Selling a property is stressful at the best of times, but navigating the process from abroad adds a whole new layer of complexity. Ollie made it completely seamless; communication was effortless despite the distance, and he kept me completely aligned at every stage.<br>I received excellent, detailed feedback after every viewing, which gave me total confidence in how the sale was progressing. Even in a tough, unpredictable market, Ollie's dedication got the property sold. What I appreciated most was his approach to guidance—he always delivered succinct, practical advice but completely stepped back to let me make the decisions that were right for me. Initially KMJ gave us a free probate valuation for my late father's house and even at that early stage we were given excellent advice about sales options and next steps so when the house was ready to sell we had no hesitation in engaging with KMJ to act on our behalf. We had a very difficult experience with the first offer we accepted which was all down to the buyer but KMJ were professional and communicative throughout and worked tirelessly on trying to progress the sale. When it eventually fell through, KMJ were great at getting the house back on the market and we ended up receiving an asking price offer second time around that KMJ managed expertly through to completion. I couldn't speak highly enough of how all the staff looked after us during a very difficult and emotionally stressful time.

After a very long and stressful journey trying to sell our home with another agent, we feel it was Bradley's tenacity and attention to detail that finally got this sale over the line. He showed great patience with us and was understanding of the stress we were feeling. Three or 4 months since property on market with Jack Charles just had one viewer. I have asked them to take the property off market. I couldn’t get to manager on the phone unfortunately.

Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.

Having been through two different agents, we hooked up with them feeling somewhat dispirited. They were different - they let us use some of our own content for a start which was greatly appreciated.<br><br>We worked closely with Mike from start to finish. What stood out for us was not just his professionalism and clear advice, but the fact that he brought humour and lightness to what can be a very stressful process. It made the whole journey feel far more manageable. Almost relaxed even.<br><br>Communication was excellent throughout — Mike kept us updated at every stage, was quick to respond to questions, and took time to explain the legal steps in plain English. We had already moved out before completion, but still felt completely supported and confident that everything was being looked after properly.<br><br>If you’re looking for someone who combines experience and integrity with a genuine sense of humour and humanity, we would happily recommend Mike and Fine & Country.
