They then arrange a small rent increase for each flat and issued the necessary notices etc. They were extremely efficient and helpful. I knew I was in good hands from the beginning, The rental market is a bit of a minefield and as a landlady it is very daunting. To find someone like Belvoir whom I could trust implicitly to carry out the work required on my behalf was a god send. I cannot recommend them enough.
