Jas was great at setting up the viewing, and Aran has been great at getting everything sorted, offering to help where necessary, he even responded on the weekend when we transferred funds, resulting in peace of mind and not having to wait until the Monday to ensure it had arrived safely. He has been quick to respond (within a couple of hours, sometimes minutes) to questions, and never made us feel like any question was one too many. they lied and charged us for all the marketing material then never used it. we got ZERO enquirers or viewings for over 4 months- then found the online information was WRONG. stating the home is a decade older (i bought it NEW) and worth over £1 million LESS. they refuted to change it, then after we terminated the contract they refuse to rerun the photos we paid for. we spent thousands of pounds and hundreds of hours prepping the house for photos, and paid over £2,000 in total for them....
