I would like to say a massive thank you to all the staff, especially Carole, Amanda and John himself, they were all so professional and very helpful throughout the process. 1st Aug 2026 (22 days ago)We had a very disappointing experience trying to rent a property through this agency. After paying a holding deposit and completing the referencing process, communication was consistently poor, with long delays and little transparency.<br><br>We later discovered (only because a friend enquired about viewing the property) that the landlord was planning to sell. This was never communicated to us, despite us waiting for our tenancy to begin and making arrangements to leave our current home. Had we not found out ourselves, we could have been left without somewhere to live.<br><br>We only received our holding deposit back after threatening to escalate the matter, and throughout the process we were made to feel as though our concerns were unreasonable. The property is still being advertised on their website. Overall, a very frustrating and stressful experience. I would not recommend this agency.
8th May 2026 (15 weeks ago)The staff are extremely helpful and polite once in your home they treat it with respect and keep you informed every step of the way, The leader of the branch is Charlie King who leads by example and expects his team to match his enthusiasm,. After having my house listed with another agent for six weeks with very little action or communication. Charlie was sure he could sell my house in two weeks, but in all honesty it took them four days and that was because there was a bank holiday! The error I made was not using them as my first choice DO NOT make my error . use Balgores first.

8th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)Right from the first meeting Kimberley and her team were open, honest and transparent in all our dealings. In a difficult market we were having 2-3 viewings a week- all of which were undertaken by Beresfords staff. They answered emails promptly and were very welcoming when we popped into the branch for updates. This is the first time we have used an estate agent in 40 years and the experience has been good and when 'challenges' have come along the team have been very helpful and kept us in the loop.

If ever we needed anything, Alex was on hand to support.<br><br>It also made a world of difference how personable Alex was. He understood how much it meant to us to make this property our new home and it truly felt like he was on the journey with us.<br><br>Thanks Alex!

22nd Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)Excellent all round. From my first meeting with Chris Marsh I knew I was in safe hands and every step of the way was managed smoothly and professionally from then on. The sales team really put the effort in to get to know the property so that they could market it efficiently and find the right buyers, which they very quickly managed. Martine in Sales Progression then stepped in to skilfully steer the process through to completion.<br>Very refreshing to work with such a cohesive and proactive team, it really made the whole process very easy both for myself as seller but also for the buyers.
