9th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)Great to start with but once we signed contracts all communications stopped. We never received any updates at all, we had to chase them every time. We eventually gave notice in writing to terminate the contract and nobody bothered to contact us to ask why we were leaving? Very poor customer service

In the years We have now been with them I cannot praise them enough thoroughly recommend them. We then advertised our property to be sold by them. From the initial start to valuing the property to getting it online and now to accepting an offer. I cannot fault Holly and Libby. The communication between us all has been excellent. Always answered the phone and email. It has been such an easy experience selling our property, although we havent fully completed just yet.
