From the outset, her communication style was warm, professional, and reassuring, making the entire experience feel smooth and well-managed.<br><br>She demonstrated a strong understanding of how to adapt her approach to different clients, which made interactions feel both personal and efficient. From the initial viewing through to the referencing and application process, she maintained clear and consistent communication via both email and phone, ensuring everything progressed quickly and without stress.<br><br>Overall, the service was excellent, and Alexandra in particular made a potentially stressful process feel straightforward and well supported. I would highly recommend both her and Brown & Merry Stony Stratford to anyone looking for a reliable and professional letting experience.

From the start I was shown the property by Terry, and from there on in dealt mainly with Colin. I couldn't fault them. Any queries I had of which there were a few were sorted and dealt with. I feel I built up a good relationship with them and they went above and beyond to sort out any issues I had. I feel it was nice to work with a local independent company and to support local trade. 5 stars from me all round. Thank you Colin,Terry and your team. Many thanks

30th May 2025 (1 year ago)I would highly recommend The Wilkinson Partnership if you are looking to buy a property in the Buckingham area. Sue the sales agent was absolutely amazing and found be my dream home. Sadly Sue left the company before my completion, however Max took over and he was superb, always available, responded immediately to any queries I raised, and was very courteous and polite, and for that reason I am happy to give Wilkinson 5 stars

Our house sold quickly but we have been waiting for many months in a long chain and suddenly had a very tight timescale to find and move to a rental. Elaine and team were extremely helpful. Nothing was every too much trouble and they guided us through a very stressful week. Thank you.

2nd Dec 2025 (7 mo. ago)I chose Boughtons over another mainly because of the all female staff, who had a more relaxed attitude. After an initial valuation which seemed, to me, a bit too high, they suggested a revision which then attracted viewings. We suffered a lag with the normal drop in viewings during the school break and then another drop as people waited for the budget. Despite this, Boughtons kept in touch and updated me throughout. Excellent Estate Agent

However, Chase and his colleague Erien have gone above and beyond for us to support and help with any questions we may have had! With their quick responses and in depth searches for the best deals i can’t fault them! Erien has worked around the clock to get us the best rates for our mortgage! I don’t know what we would have done without them!

The images to support my sale were some of the best I've ever seen, with additional video and drone images of the area. His narrative to describe my home was engaging not just a bland description of a room. He understood that you are not just selling a property but a lifestyle. I cannot rate him high enough.
