   I had a really positive experience with the team when selling my flat, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.<br><br>Gennaro was fantastic throughout the viewing process and did a great job securing the sale. The whole team I dealt with were incredibly helpful, keeping me well informed about viewings and feedback throughout. I particularly liked the app they used, which made the whole process easy to follow and ensured communication was always clear and consistent.<br><br>A special mention goes to Natasha, who was extremely helpful during the final stages of the sale.    As young first time buyers myself and my husband were very nervous as we did not know what to expect. However Rashel took such great care of us, we honestly couldn’t have met a better person to advise use. He was fantastic from start to finish, he talked through every detail with us and explained everything in detail. Even keeping us updated throughout the whole process which was a relief, he handled everything perfectly and I again couldn’t have wished for a more perfect person to have helped us towards our first home.    Would appear the house was over valued by the estate agent so setting wrong expectations about what price could be achieved. Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again.     We had a great experience buying our first home in Bicester through Hunters.<br><br>As first-time buyers, we honestly did not know much about the process at the beginning, but Rachel, Jenny and Phil were incredibly helpful throughout. They supported us from the first viewing all the way to completion, and even afterwards with various follow-up matters.<br><br>It was a chain of four parties, but we still managed to complete in around 10 weeks from offer to completion.
