11th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience.<br><br>I had a viewing booked for today at 4:40 PM. I arrived around 4:30 PM and waited outside for approximately 30 minutes, but nobody showed up.<br><br>I then went to the office to find out what was going on. The staff there called the person who was apparently supposed to be handling the viewing, only to be told that there was no viewing booked for me today.<br><br>What makes this even more frustrating is that I had already spoken to them about this viewing beforehand, and I also received a call from them this morning confirming that my viewing was at 4:40 PM today.<br><br>So I travelled there, waited outside for half an hour, and then had to go to their office myself just to be told that apparently there was no appointment. This was a complete waste of my time and extremely frustrating.<br><br>If you can’t manage your own viewing appointments or communicate properly with customers, at least have the professionalism to let people know rather than making them travel and stand outside waiting for someone who isn’t coming.<br><br>Very poor communication, organisation and customer service. I would seriously think twice before dealing with this company.

2nd Oct 2026 (25 days ago)Having been bequeathed a property in Scotland, when I no longer live there, could have been extremely problematic. However from the first contact with Claire and then Gareth, who assisted throughout the whole process, I could not have wished for a better outcome. The house survey report, the EPC, marketing, pictures and drone pictures were all organised by Gareth - this was all undertaken via telephone discussions with Slater Hogg. Continual contact was maintained throughout the process. I always felt that Slater Hogg valued my business and due to the circumstances (me not living in Scotland) I believe that Claire and Gareth went beyond normal expectations to overcome difficulties that may have arisen due to the distance between me and the property.<br>Slater Hogg and Howison have been exceptional and I would not hesitate in recommending them to others and to Gareth I would say thank you - I truly appreciate your efforts on my behalf.

They were not particularly proactive, communication was poor at times, and the service felt quite old-fashioned and outdated compared with what I would expect from a modern property company. The weekend staff in particular could also benefit from some training in basic customer service.- 2nd Oct 2026 (25 days ago)I had a really good experience with James from Clyde. He was super helpful - and working with him didn’t feel like work at all. He is so friendly, kind and most importantly patient. I had some issues with keys working - and he was very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they handled our sale very efficiently and effectively. There was excellent and proactive communication every step of the way. They really did pull out the stops to make our transaction as painless as it could be for us. Thank you for a really excellent and highly professional service.

As I don't live in the area, I rely heavily on their ability to resolve any issues that arise, and I've been very pleased with how they have done so.

From the outset, communication was prompt, clear, and consistent, and we were kept well informed throughout the entire process. They were always at hand by phone and email. The local office very useful to be able to pop in when needed. Our first meeting with Lyndsay was for the valuation. It was far more than just putting a price on the property, she took the time to understand our needs and provided thoughtful, informed advice about the process ahead. Her approach struck a balance between profession and a personal touch. Elaine was equally helpful, always quick to respond and offer reassurance when needed. With young children and pets, coordinating viewings could have been challenging, but the team made it easy. They worked with us to create a schedule that suited our routines and always provided plenty of notice. The photos and floorplan were handled by a professional photographer who did an excellent job with both the photography and floorplan. We were very pleased with how the property was presented. Communication was one of the standout aspects of the experience. We received regular updates on viewings, and all materials were reviewed with us first. The team were considerate in choosing how to communicate, using email when appropriate and picking up the phone when needed. They liaised efficiently with all parties involved and helped ensure a smooth process. Most importantly, we felt genuinely supported by a team that listened, guided us thoughtfully, and remained fully engaged from start to finish. No impersonal web portal, just real people, ready to help. The house sold quickly, and we couldn’t be happier with the way NEST handled the sale.

Lisa was fantastic throughout the purchase of my new home in Larbert.<br><br>From the very first viewing, she was friendly, approachable and incredibly helpful. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and there was absolutely no pressure, which made the whole experience so relaxed and enjoyable.<br><br>From viewing the property right through to picking up the keys, everything was handled professionally, efficiently and completely stress-free. The whole Atrium team were always on hand to answer any questions I had and made the entire process feel so much easier than I expected.<br><br>The little gift from the Atrium team when I collected the keys was such a lovely and thoughtful touch. 7th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)We were hoping for a quick sale but to not compromise on the value of the property in doing so.<br>REMAX and Carol in particular did not let us down. Everything was explained clearly from the start. Great advice was given in preparing the house for the market. Then Carol took on the viewings too, so we could head out and relax knowing it was in safe hands.<br>The property sold at a very fair price both for us as the vendors and for the couple and small family who will take up residence soon.<br>It was important for us that the home got a continued love and investment. After all we’d been in there for almost 20 years!<br>A fantastic experience working with REMAX Linlithgow and highly recommend them for both buying and selling your property.
