Matthew Craft was simply excellent to work with and ably supported by the Frost team in GX. We were kept fully informed at all times despite time zone challenges etc. Matthew is simply one of the best professionals we have ever worked with - and we have bought and sold many properties in several countries. We would highly recommend him to anyone and are most grateful for all his work with us.

22nd Jun 2026 (13 days ago)I have had a really good experience with Simmons and Son, particularly with Mia and Danielle. They have been extremely helpful throughout, dealing efficiently with my many questions and concerns (sorry!). Mia went above and beyond to make things happen when I thought they wouldn’t.<br><br>I’ve had a fair few issues with the property I’ve just moved into, which are not Simmons and Son’s fault, but Mia and Danielle have ensured everything has been dealt with quickly, which I really appreciate.<br><br>I would definitely recommend Simmons and Son and especially Mia and Danielle—both are kind, patient, and very supportive. I’m glad to have them helping me as I settle into my new home and for anything I may need in the future during my time at the property.<br><br>I would also like to mention the office based at Farnham road has a really nice interior, not like any other estate agents I've seen!<br><br>Thank you both so much for everything so far ????????????

I was very impressed with the politeness and professionalism of the two staff members I spoke to. First Saffron who helped me navigate your front door{!}, and then helped me with my enquiry, and also Dylan who helped answer some of my more detailed questions, as he had had experience with regard to these type of retirement properties. I will definitely recommend your estate agents to anyone I speak to. 1st Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)As a rather inexperienced, accidental landlord I needed advice and expertise so I turned to Hilton, King &Locke and I am very glad I did. Jenny, Anna and Wendy are an amazing team. I have 2 properties rented, fully managed with them and the service is brilliant. I took their advice before refurbishing both properties and let them find and vet tenants. They have saved me money and greatly reduced the stress involved, their wealth of experience and expertise gives me great peace of mind, especially given all the recent changes to the rental market. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

31st May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Winkworths were great at finding prospective buyers for our Mothers home in Beaconsfield and secured a buyer in May 2025. That was the easy bit! We then had the most extraordinary family delays over probate and finding lost documents - and Justin at Winkworths had the tricky task of trying to keep our buyer on board - for a year! Somehow, through excellent and honest communications at all times with all parties, Justin managed this, and we finally completed on the sale this month to our original buyer. Thank you very much Justin and team!

Lucy and Kelly have been outstanding and we cannot thank them enough! Our process had nothing but complications after complications unfortunately and we can happily say that Gibbs Gillespie were the least stressful part!<br>Kelly and Lucy were reassuring, steadfast, positive, friendly, great with communication between all parties, gave regular updates via email/phonecall at the end of the day and were there for us every step of the way. We highly recommend Gibbs Gillespie for the great team and our reasons above. ?????? Thank you!

Henne in particular deserves a mention - she really helped when our chain was dragging by communicating up and down the line and keeping us informed every step. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
3rd Sep 2025 (10 mo. ago)? 1/5 – Disappointed with the Lack of Communication My experience with Galaxy Property Services in Slough has been frustrating and disappointing. One of the biggest issues has been their lack of communication. They are consistently unresponsive to calls, emails, and messages, which makes it incredibly difficult to resolve even simple queries or concerns. There was very little transparency throughout the process, and I often felt left in the dark about important updates. When communication did happen, it was usually delayed or vague, and rarely addressed the actual issue. I expected a higher level of professionalism and accountability. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend their services based on this experience. Clear and timely communication should be a basic standard in property management — and it’s something Galaxy Property Services seriously needs to improve.- 29th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)I had used Oakwood Estates previously when renting out a property so went back to them when I wanted to sell. The service was brilliant from start to finish. No false expectations and excellent communication throughout. All of the staff are helpful and approachable but especially Aiden Lever who made sure that the process was as seamless as possible. I would recommend this estate agent. They are local and not part of a nationwide group. This means that their local knowledge is excellent and the actually care
