She was so patient and understanding, especially when it came to paperwork and the emotional side of moving. Over the years, she was always available, making the process so smooth. When I decided to move and finally leave, Kerry went above and beyond, helping me with the check-out process, ensuring all the documentation was perfect, and making sure my deposit was returned promptly. The whole process went very smoothly and I would strongly recommend them!<br><br>**Update after 5 years:** I’ve now been using Oadby Estates for around five years across several properties and continue to be extremely happy with their service.<br><br>They have consistently found me high-quality, reliable tenants who look after the properties and pay their rent on time. Most recently, Ranjit was extremely diligent throughout the letting process and found excellent tenants for my property.<br><br>Ravi and Anup have always looked after me very well, and Anita was also fantastic recently in helping to resolve some maintenance issues.<br><br>Over the years, I’ve found the whole team to be professional, responsive and reliable. Henne in particular deserves a mention - she really helped when our chain was dragging by communicating up and down the line and keeping us informed every step. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
10th Dec 2025 (8 mo. ago)Today (12/12/25) at around 09:30 on the M4, one of your drivers driving a Mini, registration LS73 GXC, was continuously using his mobile phone while driving and hogging the middle lane. Once he finished using his phone, his driving became even more concerning. Despite the speed being reduced to 40 mph, he began driving aggressively, flashing other drivers to move faster, and also attempted to undertake other vehicles. His behaviour was reckless and extremely dangerous. Given that this vehicle is displaying full company branding, this reflects very poorly on your business. If you employ drivers like this, it may be worth reconsidering allowing them to operate company-branded vehicles, as it presents a serious risk to public safety and your company’s reputation. I truly wish I had dash cam footage, as I would have reported this incident directly to the police. I hope this matter is taken seriously.
3rd Sep 2025 (11 mo. ago)? 1/5 – Disappointed with the Lack of Communication My experience with Galaxy Property Services in Slough has been frustrating and disappointing. One of the biggest issues has been their lack of communication. They are consistently unresponsive to calls, emails, and messages, which makes it incredibly difficult to resolve even simple queries or concerns. There was very little transparency throughout the process, and I often felt left in the dark about important updates. When communication did happen, it was usually delayed or vague, and rarely addressed the actual issue. I expected a higher level of professionalism and accountability. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend their services based on this experience. Clear and timely communication should be a basic standard in property management — and it’s something Galaxy Property Services seriously needs to improve.
