12th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)We spent months trying to sell our house in Chadderton with Ryder & Dutton, and unfortunately, the communication just wasn’t there. It was often difficult to get through on the phone or get an answer, and we sometimes felt like just another number.<br><br>Then we switched to Cowell, and what a difference! Our house sold within a month, and the whole experience was so much more positive. The team were helpful, proactive and really kept things moving, even helping to speed things up with the solicitors to get us to completion.<br><br>Harry came out to value our house, and he was great from the start! Really friendly, enthusiastic and transparent. The video tour he did was fantastic, and the photographer also did an amazing job with the pictures.<br><br>And then there’s Leah! Honestly, we cannot recommend her enough. She has been absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process. Selling a house can be stressful, but she made everything feel so much easier. She was always so helpful and supportive, and we genuinely appreciate everything she did for us.<br><br>Of course, selling a house always involves an element of luck, as you need to find the right buyer, but good communication, transparency and support from your estate agent make such a huge difference throughout the process. For us, it wasn’t just about selling the house; it was about having a team who communicated well, cared and went the extra mile. Kept updated each and every step along the way and helped me where required with no questions. Deanna was a star and streamlined the whole process - would recommend.- 11th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)Excellent service up to now. Higher valuation than other agents and sold within a few weeks above asking price. Really friendly, knowledgeable staff, especially Nicole, who kept in touch very regularly. 8th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)When the agent came round to value to vale the property it was very relaxed. They were no pressure in selling and explained the process and answered any queries putting us at ease considering this was the first time selling what was our first family home. Once the house was listed, Reside dealt with all the viewings and fit it around us generally conducting group viewings so it was less intrusive on our family life. Once sold they kept in regular contact with us and the buyers to help the sale complete.
