Ellen carried out all three of our viewings and was always so friendly, helpful and approachable. At all times I was kept informed with clear lines of communication and clear points of contact, who were always available to me. Throughout the journey I felt supported and professionally guided. When minor bumps appeared along the way the Andrews team stepped up, and, with all hands on deck, they navigated through to the ultimate positive end; the sale of my property. I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank Tanya, who was at the helm and who did an outstanding job, and Lisa for her additional support throughout the journey. Zach kept me up to date and communicated with my solicitor answered e mails out of hours. As this got a bit complicated with the sale at the end, but we got there on the date expected for completion . Thank You
