Brad was available to answer any questions , we had loads . we found him understanding and helpful,through to the final sale. 9th Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)After 10 days I changed estate agents as was not happy with Nest. They have no office they only advertise on Rightmove but didn't mention this before the ad went live. They were a grand more expensive than some other estate agents. My house was badly advertised at first like a kids Wendy house. No for sale sign turned up and I was given an EPC through the estate agent which was overpriced. This was all done by Oliver who was also about to go on leave for a week. I would not recommend Nest and only went with them as buying a new house through them.

There is no doubt in my mind that without him, we would not have been able to complete our purchase. He went above and beyond to make the sale happen even driving hours to deliver physical contracts to lawyers. Through the ups and downs of a house sale and purchase he continued to be communicative, patient and delivered unparalleled quality of service (again, he was not our agent). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Charlie if you are looking to sell your property
