15th May 2025 (1 year ago)I found Brittons to be the better of the Estate Agents that we dealt with. The others we used were just number crunchers to make their figures look good on paper. Their communication from the start was far superior than all the others.
20th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Savills Norwich provided excellent service at every stage of the marketing and sale of our farmhouse. Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. Natalie Howlett- Clarke handled the negotiation and completion stages with great professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness were first rate. Moreover, I really enjoyed working with Ben and Natalie for their friendliness, honesty and good humour, as well as for their high level of professional capability.
22nd Mar 2026 (22 weeks ago)We have bought and sold numerous properties and never have we not had a single viewing ! It was on the market for 24 weeks without a single viewing. They didn’t communicate well and didn’t make any suggestions as to how we could get viewings. Sadly we have removed it from this agent now. The staff were lovely couldn’t fault them but unfortunately we wouldn’t use again, sorry.

13th Aug 2026 (10 days ago)Russen & Turner handled the sale of our parents bungalow and made the experience as smoothly as possible for us. As we live over 100 miles away, this presented many difficulties for us but Rob, Henry, Sam and the team provided a professional service and gave regular updates throughout the whole process. Massive thanks from Keith and Jo.

6th Sep 2021 (4 years ago)Rob from HAART was absolutely brilliant, we immediately struck up a trusting relationship which made it a very easy decision for me to go with him to sell my home, he was very complimentary, showed me how to dress my home for the sale and took some beautiful pictures, his write up was wonderful and the house sold within days. Rob has been very attentive throughout the selling process especially at the end when it all became a bit stressful! I’m not planning on moving any time soon but when I do I will definitely be in touch!
22nd Jan 2026 (7 mo. ago)I have contacted a person called Tom parish at Savills in regards to getting a valuation for a piece of land. Advising they would look at it! Waited for several weeks,slept getting fobbed off! My circumstances had changed so needed valuation with urgent but still very casual about things! No communication whatsoever!!!!:Thought this was a reputable company???? Would not recommend what so ever!!!!!

We have not experienced any issues with the Aspire Team , who are very friendly and helpful at all times. The current market conditions are very challenging at the moment, however the Aspire team have been very supportive to us during the period our property has been on the market. Which enabled us to secure a positive outcome. We would therefore have no problems with recommending them to faimly and friends. Jackie & Kevin Clark
