4th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)Having used another agent, I received only 2 enquiries over 3 months. I went to Keith Ashton and received 2 enquiries within days. One resulted in a firm offer at the asking price. The sale went through without any problems. They are the best.
10th Sep 2025 (11 mo. ago)Adam and his team at Walkers recently sold my mother-in-law’s house. Their expert advice, particularly when the initial sale chain fell through, enabled us to quickly find another buyer and complete the process without any further issues. Everyone at the office was courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable, and they always replied promptly to our queries and phone calls. I would highly recommend Walkers and would not hesitate to use their services again.
14th Oct 2021 (4 years ago)Not the best experience was fine until the house was sold. Sales staff are very friendly and so was the valuation expert. But don’t ask any questions about how your sale is progressing as you will be told to keep quite and don’t get stressed. Simple questions that required simple answers that’s all I wanted a yes or no not the novel I got. So much so I am now at the point of removing my home from the market all thanks to staff attitude. Bottom line have had to chase for offers to be put in writing, even then we did not receive all of them and had to chase for feedback from viewings. Personally I would be reluctant to use this Estae agent and would not do so again. My advice go multi agent or if you go with these just be prepared to be quite don’t ask questions for updates of progress and you will be fine. Yes the house is sold however as the vendor who holds the pen to sign the contract or now as the case maybe not and is paying a considerable sum of money for the sale of my home I found the communication totally unacceptable.

14th Sep 2018 (7 years ago)Very poor experience with this office. Terrible service stemming from terribly poor management. I have had my offer accepted by the vendor nine (9) months ago and contract exchange has not yet taken place! Still ongoing. Branch manager Andrew Wallington who should be dealing with the project, continuously on leave and taking days off. Just a general lack of involvement. Even incompetence has its limits. I have had to personally chase for updates for the majority of the 9 months with Mr Wallington's colleagues, who of-course scarcely know what is going on. Finally, I have come to a position where I am forced to bow out. Having already raised this issue with the Regional Manager- Jacqui White. Her response was essentially it is a "busy office", there are no "notes on the system" to confirm [my] complaints and if you remain dissatisfied, refer your complaint to the customer relations manager. I will now be taking this up with the The Property Ombudsman. I certainly will not be contacting Haart for any further dealings and would recommend this office only as one to avoid.

She was professional, and always easy to reach.<br><br>I would also like to shout out to Rachel, who has been very diligent in her property management. She is typically speedy in responding to emails and liaising with the landlord and repair personnel.

They are very professional and I was given updates regularly. They took the stress of selling and letting completely away. They go over and above to give confidence to the transactions. Steve and Alex were always available to talk to and were excellent in dealing with letting and selling. As a landlord they are very helpful when problems may arise with the property to help and give advice to resolve the issues. I would not hesitate to use them again.

28th Jul 2026 (26 days ago)We recently completed the purchase of a house marketed by Farsons Property Group and dealt mainly with Jacob himself. The service delivered was adequate at best. We were part of a chain, which we disclosed to Jacob from the very beginning and remained transparent throughout our communication. However, when challenges arose in the process, instead of mediating or involving our vendors, it felt as though Jacob passed along their negativity, aggravating an already delicate situation. The sale was completed, and matters were mediated, but by other parties involved. We were particularly undemanding as purchasers, but any requests we made via Jacob were not answered in a timely or particularly professional manner. We felt undervalued as FPG customers, so we would not recommend their services.
