23rd Apr 2022 (4 years ago)I found them very ineffectual in the process with constant mistakes our house seems to have the sale going through but it was my husband that showed people around I believe by the interest that we had from day one that their estimate on the value was too low and you have to chase them for every piece of information

The whole team were professional, helpful and supportive throughout what can be quite a stressful process.<br>A special thank you to Nicola, Adam, Adrienne and Liz for all their hard work and for keeping everything moving along. From the initial meeting, agreement of the advertised sale price to the brilliant photos and video to attract the right buyers. Secured a solid first time buyer(!) in 4 weeks from advertisement to offer. I never truly understood the importance of having the right estate agent as everyone looks on Rightmove, however now I can see that a credible estate agent gets the right people through the door which beats just having a number of people viewing and the after offer support to ensure that everything ran smoothly has been brilliant. Highly recommend Grant Allen Estate Agents if you are considering moving! ??????????????????

6th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)From the initial engagement, advice on house preparation, viewings, offers and eventual sale, Chesters Estates are the ultimate professionals.<br><br>We had a very quick sale and no issues at all. Communication was excellent and they completely owned the process, liaising with the buyers, conveyancing and myself, keeping me informed at every step.<br><br>We got a fair price for the property and Chesters' own costs were very reasonable too.<br><br>I would highly recommend Chesters - A++++.

They always answer the phone and any questions, everything is documented and explained, nothing is too much trouble. Effective communication is essential, and they truly excelled at it!

From the start, they were proactive, courteous and always on top of everything.<br><br>After struggling to get offers with our previous estate agent, M&P managed to generate multiple offers for us, which really demonstrated the difference their experience and approach made.<br><br>A special thanks to Hannah, who was incredibly proactive, helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and effective estate agent.
